Critical Election Day Ballot Security Issues
In the 2000 election, questions of voter fraud by our opponents arose across the country. Because of this, we are making it our job to ensure that our opponents don’t get away with ANYTHING on Election Night 2002. That is why we are asking our County Coordinators in West Virginia to do two very specific things in addition to the normal all-day operations of our Republican poll-watchers:
1. Legally, it is necessary that one specific individual in every precinct in the State from each of the two major parties be tasked to accompany the ballot box between the Polling Place and the Courthouse—NEVER letting the ballot box out of their sight. However, experience tells us that in many cases Republican officials have been derelict in this duty--allowing Democrat officials to take the box to the Courthouse unaccompanied. To remedy this, we are asking that each County Coordinator task one reliable individual to:
a) talk to all of the Republican Precinct Poll Workers before Election Day to remind them that no ballot box can go out of the polling place to the Courthouse without escort by a Republican, and
b) that this same individual station themselves at the Courthouse on Election Night with a checklist--to ensure that a Republican shows up with each and every precinct ballot box. Any precinct that does not have a Republican escort should immediately be suspect and open to possible challenge.
2. We are asking our County Coordinators to task one highly competent and reliable individual with a video camera and a tripod to set up in the tabulation area of each and every Courthouse in the State—and to leave the tape rolling from beginning to end of the tabulation process. Past history would indicate that the Democrats who run many of the tabulation operations in many of the Courthouses have allowed the tabulation areas to turn into a party atmosphere, creating a climate that is open to abuse of the counting process. Our experience also is that the presence of a running camera almost automatically creates a serious and secure environment for this most critical of processes.
This same individual, or the County Coordinator, should inform Courthouse officials and/or law enforcement before Election Day—making sure they understand that it is legal and right for us to do so.
Theirs are probably on the government payroll already, or are being paid extra by the unions--using funds extracted from union members by coercion.
They've had a whole generation to perfect their scam--and they are good at it.
But they can be beat if enough individual citizens make up their minds to take the process back.

It struck me that the only time this really matters is when voters are voting in more than one precinct. No wonder they were so confused in the presidential election.
I've worked polls where I was the only worker there all day. There were stretches of hours when there were no voters, and I could have voted as often as I wanted, and ticked off names on the lists. Who would know?
1. Try not to make any poll watcher work alone. There are often things happening in several places. If one person tries to cover them all, dishonest officials can cheat in one place when the poll watcher is watching something else. Generally, we send poll watchers to precincts that are controlled by the other party. The poll watcher who works alone will feel very discouraged at watching the other side all day long by himself or herself.
2. If the campaign is allowed to send someone into the precinct to check on the poll watcher during the day, send someone. The campaign on which I worked said that they would send someone to see how things were going. When they never showed, I felt even more discouraged.
3. Try to send a group of people to work the outside of the precinct for the candidate. I put up seven or eight signs around the polling place when I arrived early that morning. By two or three in the afternoon, the Democrats had removed all of them. It was discouraging not only to be alone but also to see my small attempt to get votes at this precinct destroyed. I realize these people will have a rough day as well. They will likely see a long stream of people who don't like them. However, seeing them outside would have encouraged me. Another point is that when the Democrat precinct you are working is primarily a minority precinct, you might pull some votes. I've heard from several blacks that one reason Republicans do so poorly among blacks is that many Republicans don't even try to campaign to blacks.

The ONLY way the Dems will "win" is massive voter fraud. THAT IS THEIR PLAN! Videocameras are one answer - how about at precincts where we KNOW illegal voting occurs? Get a group of SEVERAL together with a police officer and a video camera and go to one of the polls where illegalvoting is the norm. Just stand their and film. Be sure you get ok from somebody - but also having press credentials would help. Find a WRITER of some kind who has press credentials - and get them there with you.
If we attack their planned voter fraud where it is going to happen = at individual precincts - it will be a help.
Plus you will need somebody with another camcorder to record YOU in case they decide to do some puching on you!!I'm serious...only mucho press cameras aimed on me prevented me from getting a whoopin by union thugs in Newport, Ky ,in 2000, when I was protesting LyingAlgores' daughter who was there to give a speech on behalf of her goony dad.
