Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov argued on Thursday that Russia's latest attacks against Ukraine's power grid weren't aimed at the civilian population, urging Kiev to "end the suffering" of its people by accepting Moscow's terms to end the war. Russia's requests for ending the attacks include Ukraine proclaiming political and military neutrality, recognizing Crimea as Russian territory and granting independence to Donetsk and Lugansk.
Despite millions of Ukrainians currently without power across the country, Peskov told reporters that Russia's military pays "special attention to avoid striking social targets... As for targets that are directly or indirectly related to military potential, they are accordingly subject to strikes," he concluded.

These are the NATO countries that neighbor Russia
Russian/ Putin 1st invasion 2014: Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea. Putin declared them Russia. So, the Evil Ruler of this world subjects all nations to his demands.
Existenti6threat is the Putin situation.
Putin, whi has been in power as a dictator for 22 years is threatened by an east Slavic state heading towards democracy and no corruption. That offends his Mongolic ie Moscowite mindset and is an existential threat to Putin. If the people of Russia got an example in Ukraine that they don’t have yo tolerate the corruption of Tsar Putin and his oligarchs, they would oust him.
Ukrainians voted for a nation-state 2009. Ukrainians did not have a legal referendum in 2014... just invasion.
And actually, half of Nordstream 2 is still good to go.
I was living near the east cost of the US when I was 7, It was my job to turn off most of the lights, and pull the air raid shades when I heard the air raid sirens. Also one night a week my father had air raid duty. He was selling magazines for a living, so those nights he would come home in a rush, we would be running back and forth from car to house carrying bunches of magazines, and mom would shove a bag of food and drink into his hands. He had to have an empty car to pick up and deliver emergency workers, and even carry wounded people to hospitals if it ever came to bombing.
I have many other WW2 memories, so I can really sympathize with the Ukranians and especially their children.
[Except when the USA does it.]
You do realize the vast majority of Iraq civilian deaths were from the civil war which ran from 2006 - 2015 involving Shia, Sunni, Mahdi, Kurds and Iraqi army?
Of course you knew that.
RUSSIAN INVASION OF UKRAINE

“Kissinger is perhaps the most renowned diplomat in foreign affairs in the last 200 years.”
Chronos told you what Kissinger was known for:
-a constant loser. **As well as disgusting Henry used his ‘power & authority’ as an aphrodisiac.
-started China on the road to threaten the USA,
-sent a US aircraft carrier to threaten India in 1971 pushing it into Soviet hands
As well as:
- negotiating an end to the Vietnam War in 1973 (yeah, that went well Henry!)
-NOW 2022 HENRY says, “To treat Ukraine as part of an East-West confrontation would scuttle for decades any prospect to bring Russia and the West — especially Russia and Europe — into a cooperative international system.”
KISSINGER has & always will support Russia
“wind, pure unadulterated wind.”
Yes, of course you are using that as well.
How many US soldiers did thas reelection kill in those 2 years?
You mad again?
You’ve always been a SQUAW. Even your profile, weeping and whining like some disaffected wench.
STFU and go sit on a rug or something.
You don’t have to post to me again. I deal poorly with insanity.
“...all the other international war crimes would have been enough...”
I have never been able to determine what a war crime is. If two countries consider something a war crime, I guess that makes it international. The US uses a couple of “directives” to determine right from wrong considering actions in combat.
The most obvious is the Geneva Convention. The first ten articles of the First Geneva Convention were concluded in 1864. The original Geneva Convention was approved by 54 countries. After that countries went and stayed and how much was ignored comes into play. An example is the use of chemical and biological weapons was outlawed by the Geneva Protocol of 1925. This ban was later strengthened by the adoption of the Biological Weapons Convention (1972) and the Chemical Weapons Convention (1993), which prohibited the development, production, stockpiling and transfer of such weapons. Ever heard of Wuhan or the Canadian lab that the HIV component to c-19 was stolen from?
There’s a lot more, but I’m packing to go to my daughter’s home for turkey and dressing. You have a good Thanksgiving.

Not mad at all. Pointing out some people are full of crap. Like you. Anybody who can only answer opposition with STFU has a useless opinion and knows it. You’ve always been a flame war junky with nothing useful to add to the world, and you know it, which is why you’re always so angry. And pathetic. And useless.
Ukraine’s Democracy was overthrown in 2014 by Revolutionaries
Yes that is ST. Petersberg. Also the north coast of the sea of Arov is lit, because the person who faked that 2nd picture assumed incorrectly that Russian occupied areas of Ukraine would still have power which they clearly don’t (or severely diminished power) in the real NASA picture.
Thank you.
