Senate poll averages across eight battleground states overstated Republican support heading into the 2022 midterm elections, an examination of projected outcomes and polling shows.
Democrats on average performed about three points better than pre-election RealClearPolitics polling averages, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Republicans may have assumed that pollsters, just like the establishment media, were biased against Republicans and would therefore understate GOP support like pollsters have in the past.

Richard Baris was tweeting several times a day right up until Tues night. Mostly on how good repubs would do. I think he’s tweeted once since then.
Relatives in Pennsylvania told me the GOOBers thought we had the election in the bag and many of them stayed home. That’s the trouble with Republicans. They don’t take elections as seriously as the RATS do. They’d just as soon stay home and complain for two years and then start the process all over again. Who’d ever thought that Americans would put murdering infants ahead of the economy. America’s new political motto. “It’s the dead babies, stupid!”
Also 20-25 million Trump voters didn’t vote.
Well the folks who stayed home and going to get what they so richly deserve, good and hard.
Your tagline might need updating:
More than 40% of U.S. households will owe no federal income ...https://www.cnbc.com › 2022/10/28 › more-than-40per...
Oct 31, 2022 — New study finds 72.5 million households pay no federal taxes ... arguing that more Americans should pay federal income taxes and Democrats ...
There is no hope of changing anything by voting unless on realizes the level of fraud occurring.
Ding Ding Ding.. Correct Answer
This is also key. The Democrat all in on Abortion was a “winning” issue in this situation and was completely unanswered by the Republicans. This is a problem that must be answered deeply in the social fabric of a country where one party wins by insisting on killing its own children and importing foreigners to make up for their lack.
The dems got THEIR issue to combat the economy...and saturated the airwaves with it.
Could that too just be a canard/narrative for covering up their election/manipulation?
Sure.
But without actual names to match statistics(meaning getting rid of the secret ballot), and without an actual paper trail(with digital tech)...proving that(like 2020)is almost impossible.
...and without that ironclad evidence...the media will ignore it, and with that, so will the masses.
Taking any direction from polls today is like getting football strategy lessons from the coach of an 0-17 NFL team.
Also, this is the same demographic (unmarried women under 30) that most benefits from the the promise of college debt relief. Don’t believe Dems are stupid - they are evil. They know exactly what they are doing to drive their voters to the polls.

Why do pay attention to this guy? He sells hope, not reality.

The fraud was all over the place. Quit being naïve. No we weren’t going to win them all, but what happened was planned fraud and it is still going on in a few states as we speak.
No. I suspect the polls were right. They just let the democrats know how much fraud was going to be required. When you have the party in control consistently being polled as “country going in the wrong direction”, along with high inflation, even higher crime rates, and parents upset that schools were closed down for a year or more, that party is going to lose dramatically in the mid-terms.
They cheated and they will continue to cheat as they count the remaining votes. People tried to tell the GOP if they let the democrats get away with the cheating in 2020, just to rid themselves of Trump, they would do it again in the future. They refused to listen so here we are.
Every single state that had a GOP governor and majority legislature should have done away with the drop-boxes and “no excuse” vote by mail. They didn’t do so and this is the price we pay.
No it is not. Either voting returns to in person, with ID or the experiment in self government is over in the US.
Like Kent Brockman on the Simpsons, “I welcome our Overlords and pledge to serve their needs.”
Would like to see an analysis of how this accuracy correlated with where mail in ballot laws were loose and similar vulnerabilities to fraud.
It does not make sense with the state of the country that non-Democrats would vote for Democrats. I do not believe it.
Please, just stop with fraud is why the GOP lost...
Was their fraud, sure... always is, but idea that this election was lost wholesale do to fraud is crap.
The GOP ran CRAP candidates.. did not remotely press their advantage.. etc etc.
I have worked my polling place for nearly a decade, every single election.. its a smaller district, I know personally every single person who walks in the door, I also know every single person who sent in a mail in ballot.
The district has a slight republican majority, and OZ LOST IT... he didn’t lose it because of fraud. He lost it, just like he lost all of PA, because he was a LOUSY, OFF BRAND candidate.... period.
There was no hanky panky of fraud the happened there, OZ was just a crap candidate, period... he didn’t lose PA due to fraud he lost PA due to the fact he was utterly off brand and a lousy candidate, period... and it was clear he was going to lose from the start.
Only reason it even got within 3 was because Fetterman had a stroke, had he been healthy, Oz would have lost by 6-8 points.
Run crap candidates get a crap result.
I warned folks OZ was off brand and going to lose this from the start, because other than the idiot flappy head pundits selling a whole lot of dog poop, I actually know this state and its electorate pretty well... you aren’t going to win statewide in PA if even your own party voters are pretty much saying as a whole, this election is crap, our candidate is a joke, but we’ll vote for him because he’s at least not the other guy... That ain’t EVER gonna get it done statewide in PA for a Republican in a high profile and contested race, EVER.
Run crap candidates get crap results.
Oz lost my district, not because of fraud, but because he was a flat out, off brand and lousy candidate, and it was blaring obvious from the start to anyone who’s actually spent more than 10 minutes on the ground in PA outside of the Philly/NJ Border area. But those flappy lipped idiots out of DC and NYC bloviated to the ignorant masses just how great Oz was and folks bought it and refused to hear anything that countered it.
What happened in my district happened all over the state, Oz won in most of the places any Republican will always win, but not remotely by the margins’ needed to remotely counter the Democrat strongholds.. and he NEVER WAS GOING TO BE ABLE TO.
He was just a flat out crap candidate.
Mastriano in PA was even more of a joke, didn’t help that the establishment didn’t want him, but fact he would only even talk to conservative media guaranteed he was going to be stillborn... Fraud didn’t cause him to lose either.
When you run crap candidates you get crap results.... The GOP not only ran a LOT of crap candidates, they also failed to even remotely push their advantage at all.
They just sat back and tried to rely on big ad buys to somehow get the job done... they weren’t remotely on the pavement the way they should have been.
Was their fraud? I am sure there was, there is always some fraud, but OZ going down had NOTHING to do with fraud. Walker struggling? Nope not because of fraud... etc.
When you run lousy candidates you get lousy results.
‘Mail in is very secure in FL not like in PA or any other crap state.’
eight other states permit mail in voting for all elections; CA, CO, HI, NZ, OR, UT, VT, WA...NE and ND permit counties to opt for mail in, and numerous others permit small selected elections by mail...
this is not going to change, in fact at some future date all states will have some mail tabulations, and pubbies may as well get used to it, and learn to play the game as well as the dems do...
