Nearly 2 out of 3 Americans questioned in a new poll said that the Supreme Court should uphold the landmark Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion in the U.S.
The survey published Sunday found that 64 percent of respondents said the nation’s highest court should keep the decision the way it is, while 36 percent disagreed.
Eighty-four percent of those who want Roe upheld said that overturning it would move the country in the wrong direction, and 82 percent said reversing it would be dangerous to women and for Americans’ rights.

The question is whether or not it is Constitutionally correct.

Agree. The opinion did a good job of explaining that abortion is and always was a state matter. It should have NEVER been brought to the USSC. The Court erred in taking it.

Polls don’t determine what is constitutional.
If 2/3 of Americans want abortion, it should be easy to legalize it by passing laws. They have always avoided the obvious route, preferring to make judges do the dirty work.

The article doesn’t tell us who did the poll or the distribution of those responding. A few years ago, NBC News did a “national poll” in which 41% of the respondents were Hispanic when only 10% of voters are. Garbage article.
Polling results depend on who gets asked and how the question is phrased.
I have serious doubts that Kavanaguh, who bragged about his diversity hiring practices, is on our side to begin with.
I believe they reversed the numbers. Really, 3 out of 2 say it. I mean, why not?
