CHICAGO, Illinois — Black Lives Matter activist Troy Gaston told Breitbart News that the federal government should file murder charges against Kyle Rittenhouse. Gaston’s comments to Breitbart followed a speech at a “Stop White Supremacy!” rally in Chicago on Saturday.
On stage, Gaston told the assembled protesters that the acquittal in the Kyle Rittenhouse case sent a message “telling us to be silent under the threat of complete violence.”

Troy Gaston.
Remember that name.

Dear MORONS
Stop with the mindless rabid racim you total clowns. White kid shooting 3 white guys attacking him has nothing to do with your demented racist bigotry.
I propose that we have a “Stop Communism” rally then deport all these bastards along with their fellow antifa animals.
There is, of course, no such thing as “federal murder charges”-— unless of course the conviction of former Army major Nidal Hasan of the murders of 13 people on the Fort Hood US Army Base (federal govt. property and federal employees/service people).
A side comment: August 28, 2013 a military jury consisting of nine colonels, three lieutenant colonels, and one major convened, having convicted Hasan of all charges— and sentenced him to death by execution. Eight years ago— there is no appeal possible to this overwhelmingly proven decision, and yet it drags on and on. Protected by whom? Obamaumao embeds in the military court systems— ACLU types? Wonder whom.
See Fifth Amendment.
Lots of luck. I don’t think that there is any way that federal charges will be filed against this boy.
What in the world would they get him on, anyway?
and watch the media and the dems agree and give them what they want!
Fish in a barrel....for Rittenhouse’s legal team to now go after their capital, for insulting him. BLM will be forced into bankruptcy.
Even the GoFundMe crowd will be dragged in, for millions of damages.
What?
They want a second swing at Kyle by putting him through yet another political trial?
BUahahahahahahaha!
Self Defence also can be pleaded even in Federal Civil Rights cases.
These BLM commies are stark raving mad. I love it.
These BLM idiots still think that Kyle shot black people.

Apparently, this rocket science race baiter thinks double jeopardy means when you watch Jeopardy twice.
LOL, Breitbart should have photoshopped the burning auto dealership in Kenosha as the background for that Loudmouth POS with the bullhorn video.
the stupidity of these commies is staggering.
Don’t know who he is, but from one source:
“Gaston, who grew up in the Robert Taylor Homes, spends most of his days attending Roosevelt University. After he graduates with a degree in political science, he plans to attend graduate school and hopes to get a doctorate in anthropology.”
Or another source:
“Troy is a man who has been through a lot in his life. He was profiled by his student newspaper as “personifying” Roosevelt University’s social justice mission and intends to enroll in law school after graduation.”
How can the Federal government claim authority to try a person for murder, especially after the finding in a state court is “Not guilty”? That would be double jeopardy, explicitly prohibited by the 5th Amendment.
No Federal interest was involved. No law enforcement at ANY level, even, was involved.
The most that could be brought against a defendant found not guilty would be a civil case, not a criminal case. And that only by the person or persons directly harmed.
if federal charges against KR were to be brought, would it be the next “shot heard around the world”?

Never underestimate the willingness of bureaucrats to wield power. The process is the punishment. Conviction isn’t the only way.
Noting is going to wake them up faster than Soros closing
down the money train.
