There is, of course, no such thing as “federal murder charges”-— unless of course the conviction of former Army major Nidal Hasan of the murders of 13 people on the Fort Hood US Army Base (federal govt. property and federal employees/service people).

A side comment: August 28, 2013 a military jury consisting of nine colonels, three lieutenant colonels, and one major convened, having convicted Hasan of all charges— and sentenced him to death by execution. Eight years ago— there is no appeal possible to this overwhelmingly proven decision, and yet it drags on and on. Protected by whom? Obamaumao embeds in the military court systems— ACLU types? Wonder whom.

Well if the murder occurs on federal government property like a national park or a post office there is a ‘federal murder charge’. I believe it is now against federal law to kill the President. It wasn’t in 1963 when Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. Back then Oswald was facing state charges.
