Teenage girl, 15, is SUSPENDED from North Carolina school after reporting that male classmate sexually assaulted her: Teachers accuse her of lying - but cops charge him with sexual battery.

The teen was given a one-day suspension and told to take a 'sexual harassment is preventable' course after a classmate was charged with assaulting her.

The school reportedly accused her of filing a false police report, despite the fact police charged a minor with sexual battery in the case

She said the boy harassed her often and physically assaulted her in a bathroom ‘He put his hands in my pants and then he was touching my breasts,' she said The victim's mom said the district is making the teen 'feel like she is being punished for coming forward'

I was sexually assaulted in the 7th grade by a boy who sat behind me in my English class. Nothing was done about it. He was black and the Principal was, as well. My Father was livid and made a trip to the Principal's office to discuss the situation with her. Still, nothing happened to him. After that, the principal harassed me to no end. Using the restroom between classes became a no-go because lots of students went in there to smoke and even though I wasn't doing it, I got pulled out, accused and punished for it. This crap has been going on a long time.

My kid was being stalked at a Virginia university. I reported it to the school and they suggested the kids were having a ‘spat’ and needed to ‘work it out’. My daughter didn’t know the guy. I talked to lawyers in the area and they ALL worked for the university and terminated the calls. I went to the Attorney General and was told, ‘Good luck!’ and was hung up on. Finally, I found a local attorney, a bit of a down-and-outer, who would work with me.
I went to a judge and got a restraining order and the problem went away but the school was furious at us and kicked my kid off campus. The Dean called and yelled at me saying, ‘If the guy goes insane and starts killing people, it’s your fault!’
Pulled my kid out of the school and we never looked back. This year she will achieve a Ph.D.

There is something very wrong with schools that allow these sexual assaults to occur right there in the building. Then they suspend the victim and accuse her of lying.

There must be more to this story. The predator must be a member of a protected class, either a minority or a guy who says he ‘feels’ like he is a girl and must use the girls’ bathroom.
