My kids went or still go to a 2300 student school here in Franklin tn area
I’m not aware of any rape or sexual assault charges and they are super sensitive on that
Nor any fights of any consequence
I’ve seen a couple kids arrested at football games for weed or drinking
I knew of one girl who had willing sex with multiple partners in the vast parking lot before school
What struck me was none of the girls scorned her for it
Man if a girl did that ....in the early 70s....the other girls would have turned on her like temperance ladies in black on a bootlegger
Schools are different....here they don’t let trannies in girls restroom
And school is maybe fifty black kids...and most are middle class or athletes
I went to a majority black school for a year 69-70 and a fifty percent black senior year later
Now that was a thunderdome school....and yes black guys are simply more aggressive sexually...not raised right more often

Girls today ....and I am immersed in this student culture with three high school boys in posh semi rural suburbia from 2014-2025....before last graduates

Police don’t prosecute, they simply make arrests. It’s up to the DA to prosecute.
In some cases, depending on the jurisdiction, police do not have a choice as to whether to make an arrest in certain situations. For example, if I make a complaint of domestic violence, in most places, the police must make an arrest even if they don’t think the evidence is sufficient. And if the person I accuses says I committed domestic violence too, then they would have to arrest me as well. I’m not sure if any places have statutes that remove that kind of discretion for sexual assault cases too, but maybe.

Schools, school districts, and the teacher's union have historically, worked hand-in-hand to cover up the sick crap that takes place there, and protect the perps. They're as bad as the Catholic Church when it comes to cover-ups. They think that if they pretend it didn't happen, it will go away.
The Clinton's were famous for using the "nuts and sluts" defense against Bill's accusers. This school is using the same tactic against its own female students, and I'm sure plenty more schools apply it as well.

In a different America, in days gone by, some asshole of an English teacher in a Christian Brothers run high school threatened to with hold my brothers diploma on graduation night because of some unfinished assignment.
My mother was frantic. My father drove to the high school
and got a hold on the brother by the collar and told him in no uncertain terms he’d kick his ass if my brother didn’t graduate that night. My brother got his diploma. My father thumped a couple of these Christian Brother aholes . They deserved it.
Bill Clinton was impeached for what he did, though, which is more accountability than these school restroom rapists will ever see. Maybe Clinton should have identified as trans.
Young girls should carry protection and move in groups, when accosted they should bloody the perp before stomping on his gonads
And some men still wonder why women go to the ladies' room in pairs or groups...
This girl had reported this buck's unwanted advances, and when thuggie followed her into the bathroom, she had ENOUGH.
What did the school do? They made her into the criminal, and put a temporary restraining order on her, where she could not participate in school activities.
Meanwhile the school and the District denied anything had happened based on their Process, but the police were obliged to take her Criminal Complaint and act on it.
There are several takeaways here:
I don't know what they teach in their course, probably nothing useful, but there are things that girls/women can do to make harassers/bullies move on to a different target. Simply object loudly and publicly to the unwanted behavior. Make a scene, a big one. If there are no other people present, scream, kick, bite, scratch and fight back like hell. Predators want easy prey, so don't be a shrinking violet. If somebody is giving you problems, BE A PROBLEM right back, a very loud problem. So loud, it can't be covered up.
