There’s breaking news in the horrible case of the young girl who was sexually assaulted in the Loudoun County Public School system that drew so much public attention.

Sentencing has been continued in this matter until the second case of alleged sexual assault on a girl at a second Loudoun County school is adjudicated. At that point, the judge will consider the matter for consolidated sentencing and hear the arguments from everyone involved, including the victims in the cases.
As we reported, at a meeting in June the LCPS superintendent denied that there had been any sexual assaults. The first victim’s father was in the audience and objected to what the superintendent was saying and was arrested. That incident was then used to argue to the Biden administration that federal intervention was needed to prevent violence or things rising to the level of “domestic terrorism” in a letter from the NSBA to Joe Biden. As we also reported, the NSBA had consulted with the White House who asked for examples of violence. The NSBA has since apologized for the letter but Attorney General Merrick Garland has not retracted the call for the FBI to be involved in looking into ‘threats’ against schools or school boards, something critics believe to be an effort to chill the speech of parents objected to things like Critical Race Theory.
The boy involved identifies as “gender fluid” according to the Daily Wire, and acknowledged in court that he was wearing a skirt during the assault in the girls’ restroom at the Stone Bridge school.
The boy was transferred from Stone Bridge to Broad Run High School, despite the LCPS knowing about the first incident. Then the second incident happened at the second school.
“No one should have to endure what this family has endured, and now their focus is completely upon their daughter’s health and safety as she progresses forward with her life. She is a very smart and strong young woman, and she is deeply loved by her parents,” the attorney, Bill Stanley of The Stanley Law Group of Virginia, added. “Both Jessica and Scott Smith will continue to do everything in their power to protect her, and help her through this difficult time in her life. The Smith’s daughter is a survivor and a fighter, and we are confident that she will grow even stronger with each passing day.”
This is good news for the family who has suffered so much from this and hopefully they can feel that there is some modicum of justice now for their case and for their daughter.
The parents announced that they intended to sue the school system and also that they intended to seek a retraction from the NSBA for referencing the incident involving Smith as an example of how schools were becoming dangerous and violent.

And all the other girls watching that day never bothered me, either. And I was TINY back then - five-foot nothing and about 99 pounds at the time, LOL!

IMHO, with regards to the Loudoun County Board of Ed, they forfeited any demand for fairness when they transferred the boy to another school and publicly arrested Mr. Smith while denying any knowledge of the incident. Leftards forfeited any demand for fairness when they repeatedly beat on Henry Ngo and nearly killed him for committing photojournalism. They wanted CWII, and I hope they won’t get it. But they will get a big hurt put on them for their heinous behavior, just like that dummy in Basic might have gotten, had she actually tussled w you.
A boy in a skirt isn’t gender fluid. They are a male in a skirt.
They hid it because they wanted to pass transgender bathrooms in all schools and if the rape got out it would have killed it.
Oh, and—surprise!—he went and raped somebody else’s little girl at the other high school. I’m sure her parents are just pleased as punch, too. Run them out of town on a rail. Post up their personal sh!t on the Internet.
And stop letting boys go into the girls’ bathroom just because they put on a dress and pretend that they’re weirdos. Or even if they are weirdos. Debate over. Maybe have a tranny bathroom just for the weirdos.
Maybe have a picture of a girl in a dress for the girls’ room, a boy in pants for the boys’, and a profile of a boy in a dress with a woody sticking out for the weirdo bathroom.
Males will be males. They have penises, and an urge to stick them somewhere or other. Priority should be to keep them from forcibly sticking them into the vaginas, rectums and mouths of young girls while they’re trying to relieve themselves in privacy. That is why G-d invented dads with shotguns, in case the schools can’t figure that out.

Every time my wife has to use a public restroom and this is ONLY if she cannot wait, I have her check out the restroom first and come back to the door and tell me it okay. AND to scream if someone tries to get into her stall. I then stand outside the door area and wait on her. That is the only way I let her go in. And I can guarantee you, I will be arrested before a man claiming to be a woman goes in. I’ll tell him to take his pecker into the MEN’s room. “GEnder fluid” is a term whichi relates to physical liquid matter emitted by both sexes during coitus.
I find the use of the term “gender fluid” to describe confused sexual self identity to be offnesive and insulting.
Call it what iot is: “ Confused Sexual Self Identity” (CSSI) brought about by both environmental and educational factors.
This boy in a skiry should be castrated in order to keep young women safe. It is a familiar remedy hiostorically used
by the justice system to keep the public safe. The condition is otherwise incurable.
