20 or 30 years ago that was the norm.
I know from personal experience. My aunt and uncle had a nice home in a Polish neighborhood in the city. As kids we used to go there all the time and play outside. The houses were kept up and decorated with flowers especially on Polish holidays.
Then they built ‘the projects’ across the street. In less than a decade the place looked like a war zone. It was not safe to go outside. Housing prices plummeted.
After 20 years the projects were so decrepit they were abandoned.
Bet it was a lot of fun on Dyngus Day.
Soviet soldiers even raped concentration camp women. Poland, Hungary, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are all better bets.
Having watched Tommy Sotomayor, I wonder how many of those ‘brothers’ have the cops called on them by their black GF’s, baby mama’s, etc? I read a statistic 2 months ago that blacks called the police SEVEN TIMES more often than whites.

Gee I wonder how many of these armed perpetrators legally bought their guns and had to go through a criminsl background check as well as dutifully turned in their A-15s and high capacity magazines? Gun control will never take guns away from felons or terrorists just disarms law abiding citizens

Upper middle class blacks are among the most racist, left wing people out there. I get along fine with average working class blacks, but the “educated” ones have the biggest chips on their shoulders.
Buckhead is about 25% “black”.
I would advise them all to arm themselves.

The situation is the same in almost every major city. Understrength police departments with no political backing from the muncipal governments.
Several years ago one of my Navy buddies was getting ready to retire and thinking aloud about where to live. When I suggested Atlanta, my friend who was a black Chief said 'that city is too black'.
I have cousins who live south of the city in Clayton County. They very rarely go into Atlanta.
