They should begin by hiring a private police service. The other stuff takes a long time, but private police can be on patrol in a week. And the private police can be augmented with armed civilians, who are under far fewer rules and restrictions than are uniformed police.
All they have to do is get the word out that if someone causes trouble in their neighborhood, the *will* get push back, and it may be a lot harder than the police would use.
There was actually a good bit of white migration into the City over the last 15 or so years. They almost managed to elect Mary Norwood mayor. Instead, they got Keisha Lance Bottoms, who is a very good politician, but a lousy executive. I think that white migration may be reversing itself a little given events of the last year.

Tommy lives in Atlanta now, but Youtube censors the crap out of him. If someone gave him a platform and allowed him to have 1M subscribers (he could, he’s entertaining enough), I feel he could stop a lot of the violence, but somebody wants the never ending violence in the black community, so it will continue forever.
If I was black, stopping the black on black violence would be #1 on my pareto chart. What white Democrats did to “my people” 200 - 50 years ago would be way down on the list.

Ha, ha. I hadn't thought of the freeper named "Buckhead" in years. I have always thought that Freerepublic never got credit for proving the "Bush Air National Guard letters" were a fraud. I was online line when Buckhead led the charge. It was amazing. In a few hours, the Freepers blew hole after hole in the authenticity of the letters- wrong font, wrong paper size, etc... .

Your mention of this brought to mind the many times I’ve shocked friends and relatives by suggesting that Russia may actually become the last safe haven on the planet for all of the world’s “crackers”!
Atlanta has become a millstone around Georgia’s neck, like NYC, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, etc.
But then, if so many voted rat because they were promised a stimulus check on day 1, the whole state is toast.
They will be more brazen now that they got away with their insanity in 2020.
