President Donald Trump announced that evidence of alleged election fraud will be presented on Jan. 6 during the Joint Session of Congress.
“Massive amounts of evidence will be presented on the 6th. We won, BIG!” Trump wrote on Twitter.
It comes as Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) and about 40 House GOP lawmakers have announced they would challenge the Electoral College votes during the Jan. 6 Joint Session of Congress due to alleged fraud and irregularities during the Nov. 3 election. The challenge could lead to several hours of debate during the session.
The challenge is supported by Trump, who, in recent weeks, has met with House lawmakers, including its chief sponsor Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.), at the White House.
Trump’s adviser, Jason Miller, told Newsmax earlier in the week that the team is aiming to present more evidence.
“We will have a chance in front of the American people, next week to present these cases, all these evidences of fraud,” Miller said, pointing to a lawsuit filed by Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) against Vice President Mike Pence earlier this week to prevent him from confirming Joe Biden’s electoral victory. Pence’s lawyers with the Department of Justice later said Pence isn’t the person who should face a lawsuit, arguing that Gohmert should have sued Congress.
If Hawley and the other lawmakers challenge a state’s Electoral College votes, Trump’s campaign will make their presentation. The challenge requires a senator and a representative to carry out.
Miller pointed to law changes regarding mail-in ballots in Wisconsin and other states, “suitcases of ballots” in Georgia being wheeled out late at night on Nov. 3 in Atlanta’s State Farm Center, and officials in Michigan and Arizona allegedly blocking them from inspecting voting systems. State election officials in those states have denied claims from the Trump team and third-parties

I’ve a broken foot and can’t walk well enough to go.
I’m curious about the timing.
Does the VP accept the votes first? Then the President shows the evidence indicating that it was a travesty and that congress just made an awful mistake?
Or does the President release the evidence showing it’s a travesty and then the VP reject some ballots and throw it into a two-hour debate?
And if there is a closed door two-hour debate, what is said? Will THAT conversation really be about the evidence? Or will it be about treason and military tribunals and the end the world?
I wish I could believe this. Donald Trump has been known to make boastful claims in the past that never happened. Add to his claims the wild, crazy, insane claims by Lin Wood and one has to be crazy to believe this.
Crazy.
As for me, I am totally ignoring whatever Wood has to say. And even what Trump has to say. I will wait and see what happens on January 6.
As if any amount of evidence is going to make a difference? The Swamp has already made clear that they want Trump gone, and that they will do and say anything; and ignore anything, to make that happen.
The fight will go on.
Part of the problem is getting around media censorship, and a joint session of Congress is one way to do that.
Going nowhere and will make no difference in the Stolen Election
I wonder what the plan is?
Who presents the evidence to who and when?
During the Congress debate?
Each House could make a rule saying debate only.
I don’t think it will go well if Trump is counting on the 6th. He has enough evidence now in many arenas to have people arrested. But the DOJ, the fBI, Durham, all are just running out the clock. When it comes right down to it if no one challenges, no evidence will be heard and Pence can end everything. I hope beyond hope this does not happen. Praying every day for months.
“Praying every day for months.”
Thank you, and bless you!
They are more afraid of the MSM than the voters or jail.
75 million Americans will just ignore Harris like her own party did in the primaries when she couldn’t even win her own state and garnered overall about 3.1% of democrats nationwide
I read that when objections to the electoral count are heard, each objector has 2 hours to make the case.
It’s a joint session. The rules were created last year, I believe. My guess is the rules have merely been copied every four years since 1824. It will be fun to watch.
He can present all the evidence he wants the uniparty will ignore it because they want him gone.
Too little too late? Will it be a hugh and series bombshell? My hopes are higher than my expectations at this point.
Well, it looks like Trump is going to walk away without a fight and leave the nation to the tender mercies of the CCP.
