Why not now? If this is such a serious situation, the sooner, the better. If they are going to drop this info after Biden has been certified, what's the point?

Why do it on Jan 6? Because the whole nation will be watching. The testimony and cross examination that the courts have denied the American people can finally be broadcast for all to see. With an angry crowd of Trump supporters outside on the Streets of DC it will make the drama even more compelling.

I agree. They make a video of an evidentiary hearing for each hearing. The same evidentiary hearing they plan to make in court if any court would grant them an evidentiary hearing.
Send it to all the members of congress. Put it on the internet. Get newsmax, OAN, America’s Voice to run it. Have Rudy, Jenna etc refer to it in interviews.
Then use pieces of it in the debates with references to the entire presentation.

I hope that the President flies all of the witnesses to Washington, has them swear an oath and tell their individual stories before the cameras. And I hope the President uses the emergency broadcast system to take over the networks so that the whole country can see what is happening with their own eyes.
