True. It seems our side's appointees are iffy ones doesn't it.
How many times have bammy or clinton appointees let their side down?

Before I look, let me guess: John Roberts voted to trash the Bill of Rights.

Before I look, let me guess: John Roberts voted to trash the Bill of Rights. I looked. Sometimes I hate it when I'm right all the time.

Good observations and very symbolic of the Bush duplicity which ends up being basically Leftist.
You can’t compromise with the spirit of antichrist which is the driving engine of the Left. You either overcome it (by the spirit of Christ) or it will overcome you. The Bushes are good examples.

Gorsuch has written some very strong Religious freedom opinions. That this opinion was not 9-0 is a travesty. As Gorsuch wrote “ in what world do the liquor stores and the hardware stores have more freedoms than the Church, Synagogue and mosque”. No person with any Constitutional Fidelity can argue with that.

We didn’t miss that....I posted quite a few links as did others about his non-hetero behavior. Even posted photos of his college and post college room mate that had the Liberace vibe. A Freeper spotted him vacationing in coastal Maine sporting dixie cup sailor cap swish style.
Why do you think he bought those Irish children.
Guys is a three dollar bill in every way.

“It is time — past time — to make plain that, while the pandemic poses many grave challenges, there is no world in which the Constitution tolerates color-coded executive edicts that reopen liquor stores and bike shops but shutter churches, synagogues and mosques,” Justice Gorsuch wrote.

The Progs don’t accept the very clear reality that in the Bill of Rights Religious Liberty is The First Freedom.

Scalia joined him in that 5-4 decision.
It did not pave the way for the other completely separate cases. That had no bearing on the other cases being filed one way or the other.

Bush missed it on purpose. Michael Luddig was his second choice for this seat, way, way better candidate, he went the way of the swamp picking Roberts, like all his other picks and his Dads too.
