Strap In for the Ginsburg Riots, Kids
So, how was your weekend?
The news of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburgs passing on Friday certainly ratcheted up the 2020 crazy by several orders of magnitude, didnt it?
I was heading out to meet some friends when I saw the news on Twitter and my first thought was, This might be the last time I can get out and have fun before peaceful protests begin again. The lefties wasted little time in confirming my suspicion that RBGs death was going to do the seemingly impossible: make them even more unhinged.
The civil unrest that weve been dealing with since May got out of hand because it was being aided and abetted by elected Democratic officials in each of the riot cities. Democrats were perfectly OK with looking the other way and pretending that the riots werent happening. It wasnt until last week that Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi got around to condemning the violence, and that was only after new polling revealed that voter sentiment in the riot zones was shifting to Trump.
D.C. Democrats are already caterwauling about what they will do if the Senate votes to replace Ginsburg before the election and they happen to win control of the White House and Senate in November.

Got enough of that food. Need 300 AAC in subsonic variety.
Used to cost $15/50. Now 4 times that amount.
That's my take too...
So you will have to excuse me if I dont buy there is going to be armies of people shooting out in the streets over a SCOTUS pick.
There’s 70 miles between me on the PA. border and Buffalo or Rochester, if the mutts ever went crazy and poured out of those cities they would be long dealt with before they ever got near where i am.
I put an antique Weaver 4X scope on a new Ruger PC-9.
I am in the same boat. I can’t focus on the rear sight.

In case you didn’t know:

Most sporting goods stores no longer sell ammo anyway. You won’t find ammo there because they stopped selling it. Most places are now gun shop or mail order only as a result.
No, I’m good. A few years back, CA outlawed buying ammo out of state, meaning brick and mortar only. So everyone around me stocked up pretty well to avoid having to pay 2-3X mail order price. As they say, “buy it cheap, stack it deep”.
That said, do people think they are going to be in numerous skirmishes where they are going to be emptying dozens of magazines? You won’t survive long in such situations. In the short term, you are not going to need large quantities of ammo. It’s the long term, when you can’t buy more. If Biden wins, then the dems will likely control the house and senate too. Then it will become difficult to buy ammo, both due to demand and eventually laws that limit your rights. Ammo taxes, quantity limits, background checks, no mail order, etc.
I dont. Must buy more.
Ah, more reason for EVERY gun owner to support Trump's SCOTUS pick and a vote before the election.
You are not looking at the strategy and goal, you are still thinking the United States will exist as a peaceful nation post election. I started pondering the question as to what is the Democrat endgame here. Nothing they have done or attempted to do since before the 2016 election makes any logical sense in a free Republic.
Are Democrats Intimidating Their Own Voters? (Vanity)

Our endgame is vastly different for the common man, President Trump and AG Barr are playing at a totally different level than even we understand. Pelosi slipped up a few weeks ago when she described us as ‘enemies of the state.’ That dog whistle statement told the radical base they are no longer in a political battle.
So the vanity post is trying to understand ‘why’ they are not afraid to chase off their moderate counterparts who could hypothetically vote Biden/Harris into office. They are not afraid, because they are planning a violent attempt to overthrow not only the office of the President, but the United States as a whole. They believe the time is now, it has arrived to finally execute the last phase, which historically has always been violent. Biden/Harris are nothing but placeholders. If an overthrow is successful they won’t be who ascends to power...the question is...who is waiting in the wings?
They are not ‘freaking out’ as you put it, it only appears that way as your normalcy bias is still tuned to an idea we’re not this far gone on the frontlines. We always ascribe to them being ignorant, but they’ve waged a long, very successful battle so far.
If winning the Presidency isn’t the endgame and I believe it isn’t even a real concern for them, we had better figure out what’s up and be ready when the call finally comes out from the United States White House.
Great post. The best strategy for dealing with a BLM/Antifa riot is to turn off the stupid TV.
I was pondering the other day how many of the antifa and BLM punks a Mosin 7.62 x 54 rimmed round would pass through ...
Democrats are threatening to riot in the streets if Trumps nominee is confirmed....But theyre already rioting!

The fact that a supreme court justice is something people would riot over is exactly what is WRONG with the court.
Frankly, I’m tired of OUR justices trying to legislate from the bench. I would like a supreme court that errs always on the side of striking down laws and allowing the politicians to fix them if they want. That way, we the people still have a sense of control over our lives.
Whenever the court RULES a new law or regulation into place, they erode our system, and disempower people, which is how you end up with armed revolution. The beauty of democracy and freedom of speech is that the people can vote out of office the tyrannical leaders, and vote in people who support the majority.
The beauty of the constitution was that it was supposed to protect the minority from the tyranny of the majority.
