Martin Luther King Jr. was the ‘Harvey Weinstein of the Civil Rights movement’-M. Moschbacher

A blending of bits and pieces from Standpoint magazine and Newspunch - both British sources as the USA media has been eerily silent.

Martin Luther King Jr. was the ‘Harvey Weinstein of the civil rights movement’ who had ’40 affairs,' Michael Mosbacher, the acting editor of Standpoint magazine, which is publishing Mr Garrow’s article about the files, says the tapes reveal MLK as “the Harvey Weinstein of the civil rights movement”. [Newspunch Mag 9-28-19]

Mosbacher continues, “If public figures are now all – rightly – subject to scrutiny, there should be no exception for Martin Luther King, however worthy his other activities were,” he writes in the June issue of Standpoint Magazine. [Newspunch Mag]

Moscbacher's comments are based in part on revelations that Martin Luther King Jr ‘laughed and watched’ as a woman was raped in his hotel room. King reportedly laughed and offered “advice” as a man “forcibly raped” a woman. This is according to an FBI summary of a tape recording in their possession, according to Garrow. David Garrow is an author and historian that has written extensively about MLK works and his life for decades.

The 1960's FBI operation of investigating King involved undercover informants, wiretapped phones and bugged hotel rooms. The resulting stories of numerous orgies and dozens of extramarital affairs was kept out of the media. For the most part, evidence and details have remained buried in the US National Archives collection relating to the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

The reassessment of the civil rights leader is long overdue. While many are sympathetic and dismissive of King's alleged behavior because of his advancement of civil rights in America, it is not defensible.

Rape is Rape, and the silence of the US media and the King Family has been deafening.

According to Garrow, there is a typed summary based on a recording of the alleged rape at the Willard Hotel (DC) in January 1964. “The group met in his room and discussed which women among the parishioners would be suitable for natural or unnatural sex acts. “When one of the women protested that she did not approve of this, the Baptist minister [friend] immediately and forcibly raped her.”

David Garrow, has been overly sympathetic and apologetic of MLK's degenerate sex-life for decades within his collection of writings chronicling King. Now it's time for Garrow to acknowledge that Martin Luthern King, Jr.'s private life had nothing in common with civil rights or that of a reverend.

I think that's what he's doing.

Garrow actually wrote what I consider the best biography of Barack Obama-Rising Star.

Even a hard core progressive civil rights historian was lambasted for writing a fair portrait of Barry.

This opens up the door for the SJWs to condemn King and set aside his call to judge one not on the color of his skin but on the content of his character. They have been trying to find a way around this for decades. Now they have the means.

Whether true or not- I’m inclined to think true- this meant to disrupt the exposing of the coup. Thus, this also proves the left cares not for blacks as a whole as this kicks sand in their face...sad, but most don’t even know it is the Left leaders doing it...the MSM will likely blame PDJT for the recent negative articles about MLK.

Why do these civil rights guys call themselves “reverend?”

Seems they spend all their time on race issues and very little concerning issues of faith. I cannot speak for MLK but so many of them don’t seem to prioritize faith.

“revelations that Martin Luther King Jr ‘laughed and watched’ as a woman was raped in his hotel room. King reportedly laughed and offered “advice” as a man “forcibly raped” a woman. This is according to an FBI summary of a tape recording in their possession”

And the listening FBI agents kicked in the door and made arrests.... oh wait. And this is the world of the same FBI that was run by a homo for 5 decades, and became famous for blackmailing congressmen and presidents with the Comey technique..”hey, we came across this embarrassing information about you and thought you’d like to know. Don’t worry, it’s safe with us”.

And no warrants to commit the burglary to place the bugs or to wiretap were issued. It was all on the orders of Bobby Kennedy why was acting on the “advice” of Hoover the blackmailer.

And the main question... why are all these 55 year old stories about King coming out now in May of 2019 right as the FBI coup is being exposed. Food for thought.

Probably so.
OTOH, the myth of MLK is so powerful that he could also be the sledge hammer that will shatter the #metoo movement.

It all depends on which constituency is more vital to the left; which can they spare most, the ladies...sorry, women's movement or blacks.

Stakes are high and we're playing for keeps

He was a commie and over 50% of his PhD thesis was plagiarized.

Why did the University system let him get away with it..?

Because they were all Fellow Travelers, they were all on the same team.

The white man closest to him his whole life was one of the top commies in the CPUSA and wrote most of his speeches.

Yup!

The timing coincident to SpyGate makes it obvious:

They’re trying to draw an association in the mind of public between DECLASSIFICATION and SUFFERING.

They have no live hostage so they’re making do with a dead one.

It’s the same thing they pulled during the Monica Mess:

“They ALL did it...!”

Exposing the crimes of the past in order to diminish those those of our present.

Try and keep up- stories out in 2011, 2013, 2017 & now. More next week.

Attorney General, Bobby had signed the warrant for the FBI to tap MLK in 1962. Hoover asked for a warrant, the Kennedys refused and said, “Let us talk to him first. The demand was for MLK to rid his organization of Communists, particularly Stanley Levison, who was a former office holder and the Treasurer of CPUSA. Levison was acting as King’s Chief of Staff and attorney. King refused to comply after speaking with both Bobby and Pres. Kennedy. Bobby signed the FBI warrant and the wire-tap remained in place indefinitely.

This is later discussed on the floor of the Senate with Sen. Jesse Helms challenging the debate whether to declare MLK a National holiday. Dems, especially Ted is condemning Hoover’s wiretap of MLK. Helms is laughing and telling Ted Kennedy he should be taking it up with his brother JFK or Bobby (both deceased) since they are the ones who authorized the FBI to tap MLK- LOL

Garrow, the author has had access to the treasure trove for months.

I think he has been shut out by the USA media and taken it to the Brits.

Any of us could file a FOIA request and get to it as well.

The MLK files have been intentionally buried with JFK’s for 50 years to protect the legacy. Once it expired, Trump has been signing for thousands of pages of document (JFK) file dumps. These were a part of the 2017 dump.

Baptist preacher King did wrote extensively about his religious disbelief of the precepts of the Baptist faith.

The pulpit allowed him great opportunities.

Jack Anderson wrote about all of the sexual festivities and rapes going on among MLK's inner circle and a lot of foreign money poured into his pockets back when MLK was most active and before he was shot.

The major media never picked it up The Powers That Shouldn't Be had decided MLK was the perfect vehicle for pushing their agenda so, that was that, there was no way any of this would get widespread coverage from that point on.

A lot of Black Folks knew but most didn't.

Non-Black Folks? In this country they're always perfect examples of the saying, "a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest"

Because they are frauds who don't actually believe any chrstian dogmas. They're typical nineteenth century radical German critical theologians whose only purpose is to use the Black church as an internal Black state-within-a-state which can't be interfered with because it is allegedly "religious" body.

"Reverend" isn't the only title however. Other Black personalities use "Bishop," "Apostle," "Pastor" and "Minister" (you-know-who).

For alleged victims of chrstianity, they certainly do seem to cling to it . . . at least nominally.

“Attorney General, Bobby had signed the warrant for the FBI to tap MLK in 1962.”

You try to keep up sport. The AG does NOT issue warrants, he can apply for one. Courts issue warrants. The FBI did not possess ANY court orders for wiretappings or the break ins to install bugs.

Shielding the Saint-—

King began plagiarizing as a young man and continued to do so throughout his career and material was often lifted verbatim from published sources.

“King’s plagiarisms are easy to detect because their style rises above the level of his pedestrian student prose. In general, if the sentences are eloquent, witty, insightful, or pithy, or contain allusions, analogies, metaphors, or similes, it is safe to assume that the section has been purloined.”

...one paper King wrote, 20 out of a total of 24 paragraphs show “verbatim theft.”

https://www.amren.com/news/2018/01/martin-luther-king-jr-plagiarism/

The first sermon he ever preached at Ebeneezer Church was poached in its entirety.

Who cheats their way through Seminary School?
