After kicking White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders out of her restaurant, Stephanie Wilkinson, has been forced to step down as Executive Director Main Street Lexington organization. Wilkinson is a co-owner of the Red Hen restaurant, and up until she kicked out Sanders, was well-respected in her community.
Her resignation came over email from the President of her local board who stated: “Considering the events of the past weekend, Stephanie felt it best that for the continued success of Main Street Lexington, she should step aside.”

I read yesterday that the RH was open for business 22 hours per week, closed on Sunday and Monday.
How can this business survive unless it was a “vanity” business or it was doing other things?
To be perfectly objective (and not usually partisan as is my want): when you go up against powerful people you must be extremely careful. You have to have all your ducks in a row, be assured that you are doing the right thing and have plenty of friends and business associates to back you up. She had none of those things. Sarah and President Trump are two of the most powerful people in the entire world. Yet, she seemed to think she was dealing with a lame-duck small town politician out of a Preston Sturges movie. She made a complete fool of herself and if she had gone up against a left-wing president, she’d be in jail now.

Well, Virginia still has some southern-ish sensibilities. This Yankee chick came down and inserted herself into the community. Southerners tend to be less in-your-face and brash. I have a feeling she embarrassed the hell out of them, and they’re thrilled to be rid of her.

Bingo. Now that we know this was co-owned by a pedo - it’s safe to assume this Red Hen is just this years version of the Comet Ping Pong Pizza place.
I wouldn’t have eaten there even if I was as liberal as Mad Maxine. Their creamy “special sauce” makes me gag just thinking about it.

She was a big fish in a small pond, no doubt wanting more. When her peers started chanting 'the group think' of confrontation, she seized the moment, as it were, and had a few hours of fame. Now Ole Scratch has come to collect her fetid soul.
Several years back while wandering Virginia, we found Lexington. Enjoyed a few days there and made a return trip a few years later. We sensed the exclusiveness of the shops. We will pass on a third trip there. They don’t need us mucking up the place. Stephanie is doing fine on her own
Only the beginning for this future former restaurant owner.
