I don’t know .. I would think not ... but jammers I have built work over a large freq band to kill spread spectrum signals ... it could easily interfere... maybe even with equipment used for the broadcast...

Try again. You are confusing the voice spectrum the earpiece emits into the ear with the transmission freq.

Otherwise, please advise how large a 200Hz antenna needs to be, or a 4 kHz for that matter.
