My best guess, based upon the issues that Scalia held near and dear to his heart, Scalia would have voted for Ted Cruz, or at least greatly supported him.
Here are some reasons why...

The irony here is Cruz didn't need to lie. If he had remained honest, he would still be competitive. Liars lie, they can't help it.— Bill Mitchell (@mitchellvii) February 17, 2016
I just find it odd that while the typical Cruz supporter is hyper-religious, they are utterly blind to his constant LYING. It's just weird.— Bill Mitchell (@mitchellvii) February 17, 2016
Originalists don’t think Cruz is eligible.
Now that he is dead, he’ll vote for the DemocRat.
What kind of an idiot writes about who the dead guy would have voted for when he made no such pronouncement while he was living?? Utterly stupid post.
I can't imagine Scalia supporting someone who cannot speak in complete sentences.
Trump does or he wouldn’t be threatening to sue, he would do it and stop bluffing. As it is, his threat to sue gets him more mileage.
I doubt Justice Scalia would have voted for Cruz since it is likely, based on Scalia’s jus soli understanding, Cruz would not be considered a natural born citizen or eligible to be President. Support Cruz, doubtful. Rule against his eligibility, probable.
Wow this is just low, even for Cruzers

(Just guessing)
Thanks for the post!!
A logical, reasonable article.
I can smell panic in the air at Team Cruz
Just a few more weeks of this and Cruz can go back to his full-time job of being the good obstructionist in the Senate that he is.
I’ll thank him for it too....
I can smell panic in the air at Team Cruz
This is his Waterloo.
And he will not win.
Therefore: panic.
More made up nonsense from Cruz’s pro-ObamaTRADE
pro-GoldmanSachs pro-dirtytricks supporters.
If it's a best guess, then the headline should say "My best guess" or "in my opinion".
In may very well be true, but it's bad form to attribute your own opinions to a highly popular, departed person who can't corroborate the point.
We hate it when the left says "Jesus would have voted democrat".
Not needed.
yep
Morning pgkdan,
Not for sure the writer is an idiot. Maybe you have personal knowledge?
Did you happen to read her article?
Guess not because she stated:
.................
“ but I want to start off by saying we do not know for 100 percent certainty who Justice Scalia would have voted for if he was still alive during the 2016 presidential election. Scalia, of course, never mentioned his presidential preference publicly.”
........................
Just information that was in the article. Also think
it was her opinion. When did ‘we’ start calling people’s opinions stupid............wait.......seems it is the prevailing sentiment here lately......jmho.
Take care.........pilgrim
