Bill Clinton, up until his time, was one of the most corrupt, filthy, and un-American presidents in history. Whatever good that got done was because, as an abject opportunist, he went along with the Republican landslides and their policies because his own were failing so much. Gingrich and the republican House engineered the policy changes that he then took credit for...though they were the opposite of what he ran on and represented.
I did not think anyone could eclipse Carter for being bad for this country. Clinton did.
