Exclusive: Ted Cruz's Warning To Donald Trump: "Policy Differences" Coming Soon
CBN ^ | October 22, 2015 | David Brody

Posted on 10/22/2015 6:49:14 PM PDT by Isara

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, Ted Cruz says he has a plan to begin highlighting, “policy differences” between him and Donald Trump. “There are plenty of policy differences and there may well come a time when we start highlighting those more,” Cruz tells The Brody File. “In a political campaign there are seasons and phases to it…as the race narrows down, as people start making choices, we may see some more policy contrasts.”

Cruz has been climbing in the polls and has the money to make a serious run at the nomination. He’s been courting evangelical voters since his announcement speech at Liberty University. The truth is this: Cruz needs Trump to fade to have a realistic shot. The Brody File contends that Trump’s biggest threat is not Jeb or Rubio. It’s Cruz. He’s going after many of the same voters as Trump and he has the credentials, intellect, debating skills and passion to really make a dent in Trump’s voter pool.

One other quote from Cruz during our interview:

“I think the sharpest difference between my record and that of every other candidate is that people are tired of campaign conservatives. They’re tired of people who talk a great game while they’re on the campaign trail but they actually haven’t walked the walk and I think people are looking for a consistent conservative.”

What exactly is “uncontrolled” polling?

“Uncontrolled” = “polls that tell you what you want to hear”?

In your dreams.

When Trump started threatening to run I called him a fumble mouth nitwit that couldn't finish a sentence and nothing so far has changed my opinion very much.

The Trump phenomenon is something else and the key element is immigration. No other candidate has even come close to endorsing the drastic measures Trump has espoused. Immigration is not just an issue, it is the determining issue.

I kept waiting for one of the conservatives running to figure out what was driving Trump support and modify their message but no one did.

Since the House has essentially endorsed open borders with the Ryan speakership it doesn't really matter anymore we shall never have a conservative elected to the presidency.

>> “ There is no scriptural attestation to any different name.” <<

That is complete nonsense. Yeshua is the name as shown by the original Hebrew of Matthew (all lines thereof).

He didn’t go to any hellenistic Jews, because there weren’t any. You need to study the Maccabees to get all the mythology out of your system.

No one preached ritual as a means of salvation until the catholic church was created in the 4th century. The OT writings are even clearer than the NT as to the need for the grace of YHVH to be saved. Even the Pharisees knew that their Takanot and Ma’assim could not bring salvation.

If he chants it 1000 times a day while spinning like a dervish, he is sure that it will be so.

Trump hasn’t espoused any ‘measures.’

He hasn’t the foggiest notion what he might do. He’s never been in a position to even attempt anything.

Everything he espouses is delivered in terms of magic.

We can argue until we are blue in the face as to who is going to win. March 1st is Super Tuesday. A dozen states hold primary on that day. The results of those primaries will leave no room for any further arguments.

I do not like Cruz is pushing to import 5 times more cheap foreign workers on H1-B visa. Than hurts all working Americans by lowering their wages and fewer jobs available to them. But I have no problem if you still want to vote for Cruz. Just do not vote for Bush or FioRino, and then we have no big problem.

Trump said Hillary would be a good choice to negotiate with Iran. He also supports universal government-paid-for healthcare.

It's quite justified to doubt his judgement on the economy and on what constitutes a good presidential team.

"His comments have led me to believe that he understands how the economy works on a comprehensive level. He has also surrounded himself with very competent people, and that’s the mark of a strong leader."

-Donald Trump on President Obama in his book "Think Like A Champion"

I think this is good. I believe Cruz is trying to tell Trump that he has got to finish up his policy papers and get them out.

Usually, policy comes a little later, but I think Cruz is sending Trump a signal .. which I believe was pre-planned.

Cruz has caught on .. and GW just admitted that Jeb’s primary opponent is CRUZ. Cruz is continuing to add more and more staff in all the primary states.

And, this morning we learn that Jeb is paring down his staff, and his schedule. If you’re paring down your staff, that means that finances are an issue.

Hmmmmm ..?? Evidently, Jeb’s campaign is not doing so good after all.

And .. A person does not have to WIN all the primaries to come out on top. The media is happy to see that Carson is ahead of Trump in Iowa .. but I keep reminding people that Huckabee won the Iowa Caucus in 2012 .. and never got close to the Presidency.

And .. what you have to understand is that the company does not want the LIABILITY of a person who is considered a non-employee. So, it’s the money, honey, the company’s liability is a big issue. She doesn’t have a secure line to the company; she doesn’t have keys to the front door, etc.

She was a very good employee, and if she wanted her position back after they’re out of the WH, I’m sure she could get it .. but, it’s never a guarantee, ever.

I know what H1-B visa’s are .. and I used to process them.

The garbage you’re trying to peddle is being put out by the UNIONS .. and IT’S A LIE .. IT’S A LIE .. IT’S A LIE.

So, you can give it up .. you will never convince me that the UNIONS know anything worth knowing.

NO SHE DOESN’T .. WILL YOU PEOPLE PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT AND STOP THIS GARBAGE.

SHE TOOK A LEAVE OF ABSENCE. THAT TECHNICALLY DISQUALIFIES HER FROM BEING AN EMPLOYEE ..!!!! I’VE BEEN ON A LEAVE OF ABSENCE, AND YOU HAVE NO TIES TO THE COMPANY. THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE IS THE RIGHT TO PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF (benefits wise)....... IF, THAT’S IF, YOU RETURN TO WORK THERE. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT SHE WILL RETURN.

WHEN IS SOMEBODY IN YOUR GROUP GOING TO FIND OUT THE TRUTH AND QUIT TRYING TO SPREAD ALL THESE LIES ABOUT CRUZ.

WHAT THIS TELLS ME .. YOU ARE SUPPORTING JEB BUSH .. AND YOU KNOW CRUZ IS HIS STRONGEST CHALLENGER.

BUT COMING ON FR AND BUGGING PEOPLE OVER AND OVER AND OVER WITH LIES FROM YOUR UNIONS .. IS JUST PLAIN STUPID.

Really, employers have “different rules” for how they handle LOA’s .. are you kidding me ..??????

Now, you prove how stupid you are.
An LOA has rules and regulations and they are UNIVERSAL.

IF YOU PEOPLE DON’T STOP THIS .. I’M GOING TO REPORT YOU.

If there was no paperwork .. YOU WERE NOT ON AN LOA ..!!!!!

You just had time off and were offered the job later. It has nothing to do with an LOA.

I wish you would quit telling me how personnel law works. Because whoever you’re getting your info from is totally IGNORANT.

And .. you were never “turned on to his candidacy” in the first place. Please stop playing games.

I’m done.
Goodbye

I love Ted Cruz but I think Trump is more electable. They can have a civilized debate on the issues. In the White House I hope.
