READINGTON, N.J., Oct. 16 (UPI) -- A New Jersey man is facing charges for allegedly wiping "between his butt cheeks" with a police summons before throwing it at an officer.
The indictment charging Joseph Greenwood, 45, with a fourth-degree charge of throwing bodily fluids alleges he was issued the summons by Lt. John Insabella of the Readington Police Department on a municipal court charge of threatening to assault another person.
The indictment accuses Greenwood of acting "by taking the summons complaint issued to him upon his release from police custody, placing it between his butt cheeks, wiping the paper in an upward and downward motion and throwing it in the direction of the officer."

I would like to be shown the chapter/section/subsection/paragraph of the statute that defines his crime.
This is New Jersey. I would bet they could indeed show you the "chapter/section/subsection/paragraph of the statute that defines his crime."
Introduced in 2004 by State Senator C. O. Rupt, it's known as the Butt Cheeks Bill. It passed the state house and senate.
Let’s hope it becomes a movement
I’d like to believe ya butt...
Is that against protocol?

Nice. Every once in a while, you read about someone who writes an obscenity on a summons or other court paper, or does something like this. While it may give the person a momentary good feeling, and may be a fantasy of sticking it to the system, its never a good idea to do it in reality. The courts don’t take kindly to this type of juvenile stunt.
Wow! Was he naked and sweating (or worse) when he did this?
Two days in the stocks seems about appropriate.
For any stupid teen (myself included) this is common practice for handing something to your good friend.

You thinking flinging poo at someone should be legal?
Cracked ping.
Unless the Lt. is a member of the stasi his summons is not worth (pun intended) sh!t .
Cops can't do dittly without a court order, with a judge's signature.
