READINGTON, N.J., Oct. 16 (UPI) -- A New Jersey man is facing charges for allegedly wiping "between his butt cheeks" with a police summons before throwing it at an officer.The indictment charging Joseph Greenwood, 45, with a fourth-degree charge of throwing bodily fluids alleges he was issued the summons by Lt.
