Investigation into Hillary's email server focuses on Espionage Act [Facing 10 Years - Trunc]

Hillary Clinton could be prosecuted in federal court for failing to tell President Barack Obama about her private email server at the time she was running it, according to a veteran FBI agent.

Obama said flatly during a '60 Minutes' interview on Sunday that 'No,' he did not know Clinton sidestepped security protocols with her a home-brew email setup while she was his secretary of state.

The FBI agent who spoke with DailyMail.com has had a 20-year career in federal law enforcement and serves in a supervisory capacity in a domestic FBI field office.

He said on Friday that failing to put Obama in the loop could be enough to send her to prison for ten years.

Just like when he swore to uphold the Constitution and defend it against enemies, both foreign and domestic. They “botched” his swearing in ceremony so he could substitute a Koran for the Bible the next day in the Chief Justice’s chambers.

If Biden decides to run and Obama wants Biden to get the Democrat nomination then Hillary will be prosecuted. Otherwise no chance.

And Hillary keeps telling us that what she did was “allowed” and “permitted”. She keeps using the same words over and over. No doubt in her huddling with her attorneys, they told her she can say that and not ever be brought up on perjury charges related to all of this.

It's classic Clinton parsing. 'Allowed' as in not enforced. The girl at the check out 'allowed' me to grab a candy bar without paying for it. Weaseling her way through it without (she thinks) setting herself up for perjury.

Amazing how a person can break laws, lie, , and then run for the highest office in the land, and yet people like us go and get a parking ticket or speeding ticket.

The media here are so biased and corrupt that they will not investigate , nor even ask some serious questions. Instead the likes of CNN hold a debate to make the Dems look good while having our debates look stupid and petty

Has any of her revealed emails even shown one to or from Obama? I haven’t seen one. Either he never communicated via email with her, which I doubt since since he is a big fan of his blackberry, or he is lying or claiming (or yet to claim) executive privilege. I find it hard to believe they never communicated other than verbal. So that means he would be complicit or even a coco spirits run a criminal act.

She did. SHE WAS the State Department, so she must’ve figured it was good as gold. Betcha Obama knew all about it and gave her the green light. Who was in charge of the OGE while all this was going on? I can’t find any information about the OGE director before Walter Schaub, who interestingly, Obama swore in January 2013, less than four months following the Benghazi attack.

Wait a minute. I thought Bernie Castro just declared this e-mail thingy was just a made-up Republican trick that everybody could forget about, then Hitlery shook her head in enthusiastic agreement, and the audience cheered wildly.

Can't the FBI read the tea leaves here? They are wasting their time. Even if she gets indicted she will be pardoned before she assumes office and their careers will be over.

Hillary's fate is entirely in Obama’s hands. If he wants her indicted, and convicted, that will happen. If he wants her as the Democratic nominee, that will happen.

I think that sums it up. Obama will demand concessions from the Clintons in exchange for a pardon. The problem being, they can never, ever trust each other so anything Hillary promises obama in exchange will never happen.

She's a threat to him as much as he's a threat to her, and he knows if she gets into the white hut, she'll seek her own pound of flesh from him.

And that is why I don't think he's going to "let her win".

He knows that once she gains power, he's going to be on the "naughty list".
