Investigation into Hillary's email server focuses on Espionage Act [Facing 10 Years - Trunc]

Hillary Clinton could be prosecuted in federal court for failing to tell President Barack Obama about her private email server at the time she was running it, according to a veteran FBI agent.

Obama said flatly during a '60 Minutes' interview on Sunday that 'No,' he did not know Clinton sidestepped security protocols with her a home-brew email setup while she was his secretary of state.

The FBI agent who spoke with DailyMail.com has had a 20-year career in federal law enforcement and serves in a supervisory capacity in a domestic FBI field office.

He said on Friday that failing to put Obama in the loop could be enough to send her to prison for ten years.

Good One!

She’ll be doing it “for the children”, of course.

Bill and Hillary Clinton have gotten away with theft, murder, rape, perjury, etc.

You think she’ll go away for some petty espionage? Will never happen. Most Americans believe all these investigations are fraudulent acts by the Repulicans to get the nice, innocent Clinton’s who are just like us.

What’s worse, is that she failed to protect the emails - a felony and a serious FBI would bring charges.

Is it 10 years total, or as some here on FR have noted it is 10 years per miss-handle? I heard 3 miss-handles per file so that would be 400 x 3 for 1200 mishandles. does that mean 12,000 years in Jail?....

Somebody is going down - either this lawless bunch in Washington running things or the good ol' USofA.

I can’t imagine the FBI not able to find a few more laws that were broken. Wasn’t Dennis Hassert, a former House speaker, looking at 500 years for spending his own money?

Yep, we’ve been hearing this same old story since the early 1990s and nothing happens. One blatant crime after another after another after another when it comes to the Clintons and nobody has the nuts to even give them so much as a desk ticket. If Joe average citizen did even 1/100000th of the amount of stuff the Clinton criminal cabal has done they’d be doing life, but no, she gets to play Senator, Secretary of state, and now President.

They are looking at how careless she was with classified material.

She is a lawyer.

She is not careless.

She has a history of hiding documents.

We can not rule out that Hillary Clinton committed intentional espionage against the citizens of The United States.

Seriously folks: Does anyone think that any kind of indictment or charges will come out of this; seriously? Is there even a 50/50 chance that something significant will come of it? No flippant answers please. I’m really concerned about her getting off scot-free on this.

“”Can anybody say “Whitewater”?””

The Clinton Foundation(s) are every bit as convoluted as Whitewater was - deliberately so. A parent foundation with beaucoup branches were never put together to be understood by we common citizens (peons). Howard Hughes estate was easier to unravel than anything the Clinton’s have ever done and that took years...

I would give anything to know who exactly put the Clinton foundations together. The Clintons are cagey but they aren’t that smart! Is Podesta?

I suspect “Gross negligence” is not all that serious?

A innocent car accident that claims the life of someone, a person is often sued for “gross negligence”

I suspected all along she would get a pass, I predicted that the focus would have nothing to do will looking for crimes within her deleted emails.

I dont think they are even focusing on the 30 thousand deleted emails, probably have no plan on even attempting to get them for review.

Hillary has no fear at all it appears

If Hillary goes down, Lerner and McCarthy also have to go down. At that point the question becomes, who else in the administration has done this. But more importantly, why?

Sounds like a rogue administration that can shred everything to get rid of the evidence. If that is the case, then every cabinet member should be immediately arrested and search warrants handed out. And I would take it to the Czar and manager level.

If Cruz or Trump wins, there will be a lot of people retiring. Could actually reduce the budget.

It's Orange Pants Suit Time: REPORT: FBI PROBE OF HILLARY IS FOCUSED ON SECTION 793(F) OF ESPIONAGE ACT, Read it, memorize it and pass it on to everyone you know. We want the whole nation to know about Section 793, Subsection F.

". . . is triggered by lawful possession of national defense information when a security clearance holder “through gross negligence,” such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location. That sounds a lot like what Hillary Clinton did."

Link to Section 793 at Cornell: 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

". . . Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

These violations are blatant, they are obvious and multiple. So. . .

Are we a Nation of Laws, or a nation of Clintons, Obamas and other elites?

If she's not indicted, pound this home daily from now to November 8, 2016.

Was she hacked before Benghazi? Probably. Never Forget. . .

It all hinges on who has the power (e.g. Obama, Hillary, Bush III, Trump, Cruz, a pissed off populace).

Bears repeating. Know it and spread it to every kitchen table in America!

"... from 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information:

Subsection(f): "Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense,

(1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or

(2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer — Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

and she could get up to 10 years Just for not telling Obama.

We're up to what, 16 indictable offenses now?
