The White House was forced on the defensive on Wednesday as it sought to explain controversial remarks President Barack Obama made earlier in the week about the Supreme Court's review of his signature healthcare reform law.
"What he did was make an unremarkable observation about 80 years of Supreme Court history," Carney told reporters during a White House briefing dominated by the topic.

Even if that happens, the O-ministration will portray the defeat as some kind of “win” for itself and America while dyed-in-the-wool loyalists adopt the same twisted logic.
Any student who attended his class should demand their money back. . . .

Yeah, it was SO unremarkable that obama had to use the term "unprecedented" to grab our attention. It certainly worked.
That Carney has a tough job trying to make a liar look honest.
Of course those 80 years were unremarkable in how they let Congress do anything under the commerce clause. What’s unprecedented is a bill so egregious that the court would have to strike it down.
Though while true, that’s not what I think the Obama meant. He’s bbling his way toward tyranny.

One thing we can do as conservatives is make sure all Americans understand the basis for "America."
To stay free you have to keep fighting for it because there is too much apathy and power mongering out there! To our demise there are Americans who do not even understand the basic foundation of what the IDEA OF AMERICA is because we have allowed a political force of "causes" to undermine our education.
The elites teach America is government, when the opposite is true. America is We The People!
Actually he will use it as campaign fodder to show how the system doesn't work. 0bama is a dyed-in-the-wool community activist/organizer/agitator first and foremost! We must not forget that. If there is one thing 0bama knows how to do well when the chips are down against him, it is agitate the community and he has the biggest bully pit to complete that from...the podium at the White House.
What Americans need to realize is that the community organizer is not about being against the man, against the injustices of the systems etc., the organizers are not there to give you liberty. On the contrary, they are there to take it away from you and all the while making you blind to your own demise.
They wanted communities to own houses and they got the regulations to do that with the CRA. What they did not tell you is they also would hang a heavy talisman around your neck. You could not get credit cards and the organizers brought the fairness of credit cards to you to ease your life's burden, but it again came with another talisman that hangs over your head. Again the organizers brought you food, water, heat, AC and education in our ever increasing financial world to which you celebrated...until you found you could find no job to repay another talisman. To cast your lot with community organizers is to cast your lot with debt and "the man" who enslaves you.
The only thing an organizer knows how to do is create debt, burden, and enslavement...he knows not the meaning nor the taste freedom and liberty. These very ideas scare him, frighten him for a man of freedom, makes the community organizer inconsequential.
I think Judge Napolitano stated it best that Obama is dangerously close to totalitarianism.
The Kenyan wants to rule by executive decree and believes that Congress and the Supreme Court and unneccessary and only there to rubber stamp his decisions.
If that happens, it will be the first time since “O” was inaugurated that the SYSTEM has actually worked according to design!!

I don’t believe he ever taught anything. First, he was an invited lecturer. Wouldn’t you think at least one student in a class he taught would have come forward in some situation to say they were taught by him? Crickets. I believe he was paid as a lecturer but didn’t teach ever. I bet he was puffing on a doobie somewhwere during this time...and “community organizing”. Also, wouldn’t you think he would have written something during his purported illustrious career as a “professor”? What a empty suit.
Carney's job is like explaining to a woman what her husband really meant when he answered "yes" to the dress making her butt look big question.

I have not seen his lectures.
Perhaps he told the students about the backwardness and inapplicability of old strictures to a modern progressive and utopian society. Perhaps he lectured that the federal government should be freed from the restraints and being bogged down by the states.
Perhaps the recent anti congress and anti court speeches are lifted directly from his earlier lectures
