Anybody else think maybe senility has begun to set in on her?
You are right in as far as you go. The fact is, we have such a break down in our judicial system because of the ACLU’s success in loading the courts with such vermin.
Another gift from Bubba that keeps on giving.....
lol
Your post made me smile.
No! That would give her an excuse for which she is not entitled. She knows exactly what she believes and what she has done and is doing. She comes by her treason, honestly!
Go back to sleep, be****.

Via MEMRI TV, skip ahead to 9:28. Iâm actually sort of charmed that a left-wing jurist thinks it matters much whatâs written in a nationâs constitution. Our Supreme Court managed to tease a right to abortion out of a clause governing legal procedure, didnât it? Seventy years earlier, a right-wing Court teased a right of contract out of the same provision. If you can do that, there ainât much you canât do. In fact, weâre on the cusp right now of Congress being granted a new power to force Americans to buy certain products; the clause responsible for that, which...

MEMRI TV ^ | 1-30-12 | Al-Hayat (Egypt)
Following are excerpts from an interview with US Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, which aired on Al-Hayat TV on January 30, 2012. Ruth Bader Ginsburg: It is a very inspiring time - that you have overthrown a dictator, and that you are striving to achieve a genuine democracy. So I think people in the United States are hoping that this transition will work, and that there will genuinely be a government of, by, and for the people. [...] I met with the head of the elections commission. I think that the first step has gone well, and that elections...
That’s fine, and to satisfy her beliefs we should offer her her retirement along with a really big (glad to see you go) retirement bonus, and a one way ticket to her choice of either Canada or South Africa (my wish for her), provided she promise to never darken our shores again.
Would not “never pollute our shores again” be a more appropriate phrase?
This woman is in charge of interpreting the Constitution and she thinks that it’s inferior to South Africa’s???!!! It raises questions about her fitness to be on the Court. I only hope that when she leaves, a Republican is in the White House.
lol lol That tells you what HE thinks of our Constitution. Hope she or he hangs in there till we have a new president.-
To paraphrase Ginsburg:
“The OLD US Constitution does not allow for the amount of governmental controls that the ruling class finds necessary”
Less and less do liberal conceal their opinion that the Constitution is outworn, that the mechanism of government it established now hinders them in which they want to do. I am reminded of the actions of Charles I in the 16th Century, who wanted to establish a modern monarchy, like that of France, where the king ruled without Estates. The kings supporters scoffed at Chief Justice Cokes invocation of the coronation and magna carta. Surely, they said everyone knew that
restraints on the king put the country at a disadvantage.
Should be the first issue discussed at the next debate...totally regardless of whatever the first insipid question is.
True-—Liberals are indoctrinated and unable to reason—use logic. It is why people always think they are mentally ill.
They don’t understand the nature of man-—they live in a reality where utopianism can exist on earth if ONLY they can change the nature of man and indoctrinate the children starting at birth—destroying all our traditions and rewriting history and destroy Christian Ethics—forcing immorality-—sodomy is “good”. The only problem is their ideas demand we all become as free as a termite colony.
In their reality—they define every aspect of what we are allowed to think——all cultures are equal, Good is evil is good, government is god and gives us all our rights, women are interchangeable with men and babies do not need a loving mother to become emotionally healthy human beings. Fathers are unnecessary although most pathologies are caused by lack of loving father.
“One of the nine Supreme Court justices, whose job is to uphold the Constitution and make rulings in accord with it, thinks its a bad model.”
I would say that four of nine think it’s a bad model. One of nine isn’t sure and thinks he can improve it a lot by tinkering with it here and there.
Dingbat kissing up to They Kenyan.

Does the sickly old bag like the Zimbabwe constitution?
