They're talking about the magazine-size restriction, because their logic is that since nobody but the cops should be allowed to carry guns in public, the only way to deal with a mass murderer is to wait until he runs out of ammo and then try to tackle him. Thus, the sooner he runs out of ammo, the better.

Basically, they're proposing a magazine-capacity limit as a solution to a problem (gun-free zones and anti-gun hysteria) that they themselves created.

Interestingly enough, the most deadly assault weapon on the planet, the socialist, should be banned.

Assault socialists have murdered and killed more innocent, defenseless, civilians and other humans that any other weapon on the planet, ever.

Additionally, assault socialists will actively and cognitively select a human target and go off by themselves, rendering them deadly when NOT in competent human hands.

I propose a registration of all assault socialists, better yet, all socialists, because of the difficulty of distinguishing between assault socialists and regular socialists. Of course, keeping socialists under lock and key would be absolutely necessary, so as to prevent children accidental access to them. The enticement to bad behavior is just too great.

Finally, long term, we must have the will to ban socialists once and for all, their power of seduction to evil is just too dangerous.

1) the M-14 is a full auto weapon, placed in service in the mid-1950's to replace the M1. The civilian version is called the M1A, which is a semi-automatic (i.e. self-loading, one shot per trigger pull) rifle. Both come standard with a 20-round box magazine, though you can obtain others (5, 10, 15, 25 and 30 that I've seen, not all of which are reliable - esp. those made in Red China).

2) I suspect that he'd dislike either one even more if the rounds are loaded with AP bullets (still plenty out there, folks).
