SThe Family Research Council today released an analysis of publicly available documents which shows that homosexuals in the military are three times more likely to commit sexual assaults than heterosexuals are, relative to their numbers. This problem would only increase if the current law against homosexuality in the military, enacted in 1993, were to be overturned, as President Obama and Democratic leaders in Congress are attempting to do this week.
The FRC analysis, conducted by Senior Fellow for Policy Studies Peter Sprigg, was based on the Pentagon's own annual report on sexual assault in the military for Fiscal Year 2009, and on published decisions from military courts of appeals over the last decade and a half.
A review of the "case synopses" of all 1,643 reports of sexual assault reported by the four branches of the military for Fiscal Year 2009 (October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009) found that over eight percent (8.2%) of all military sexual assault cases were homosexual in nature. Yet homosexual activist groups themselves have admitted that less than three percent of Americans (2.8% of men and 1.4% of women) are homosexual or bisexual.
"Taken together, these figures suggest that homosexuals in the military are about three times more likely to commit sexual assaults than heterosexuals are," noted Sprigg. "Concerns about privacy when homosexuals share facilities like showers and sleeping quarters with heterosexuals are well grounded," he added.
"The report found that the most common type of homosexual assault is one in which the offender fondles or performs oral sex upon a sleeping victim."
"If open homosexuality is permitted in the military, these numbers will only increase," Sprigg warned. "The numbers of homosexuals in the military would grow, the threat of discharge for homosexual conduct would be eliminated, and protected class status for homosexuals would make victims hesitant to report assaults and make commanders hesitant to punish them."
"Congress should carefully consider these serious risks before short-circuiting the process of studying this issue. Congress should heed the advice of the four service chiefs who once again today urged Congress to back down until the military review is finished," Sprigg concluded.
Frankly I think gays should not serve in the military mostly because of security issues.
I think the reason why gays are pressing this is because most of them are leftwingers and as such hate the military and would like to see nothing better than it destroyed and what better way to do that than this.

Since heteros outnumber homos by a ratio of 15 or 16 to one, a 50-50 division in molestation cases indicate homos are the more likely culprits in a similar ratio.
Perhaps when it comes to adults, the fear of getting their asses kicked reduces it to only three times as likely.
If the queers want to serve that bad, let’s put them all in the same unit, put them on the front line and tell them to charge the enemy.
Those with one mental illness or disability are also likely to be anti-social in other ways as well.

Here is the original link. I did some of the original analysis on this which the FRC got turned on to and the FRC is right. The DOD SAPRO report on sexual assault shows that homosexuals depending on service population size could be anywhere from 3-8x more likely to be involved in committing sexual assault. The gay activists really hate this and are trying their best to ridicule the idea but same sex sexual assault is fairly common yet is almost never given the kind of sensational reporting that say a priest or evangelical case is. Based on analysis of news reports the incidence of same sex abuse and assault went up considerably in the UK when they integrated open homosexuals into the ranks. Also UK soldiers have been involved in several high profile cases of same sex abuse and pedophilia in Iraq and Afghanistan. The problem though is it is difficult to get good sex abuse stats from the Brits. They may exist but I haven’t been able to find them.

Published decisions of military courts (available on the legal search engine Lexis) give even more detail about homosexual assaults in the military. For example:
* 36-year-old Marine Sgt. Sean D. Habian used both alcohol and homosexual pornography in the course of assaulting a 21-year-old Lance Corporal.
* Marine Sgt. Steven G. Carlson, a military police instructor, took advantage of his position to exploit his students, inviting them to social events, plying them with alcohol, and playing games like “truth or dare” to identify who might be receptive to homosexual activity. One of his victims “testified that the appellant’s acts shocked him, he froze, and was scared.”
* Homosexual activists are fond of saying that the military cannot afford to lose the specialized skills that some homosexual service members have-such as translators and linguists. Air Force Sgt. Eric P. Marcum was a Persian-Farsi linguist-but also was charged with forcible sodomy against a male Senior Airman who “testified that Appellant’s actions made him scared, angry, and uncomfortable.”
* Air Force Major Rickie J. Bellanger was charged with sexually abusing two minor boys-one of whom had begun corresponding with Maj. Bellanger when he was in the fifth grade.

Homosexuals constantly deny that their lifestyle has a statistically higher incidence of pedphiles. Yet basic math proves that assertion correct. They say there are more heterosexual pedophiles. But homosexuals represent at most 1-2% of the population, which means they are astronomically higher chance of being pedophiles. Do we really want to start introducing that crap into our armed forces? This is truly maddening.
