FLAUNT THE AMERICAN FLAG DAY--Nationwide Protest Wednesday, May 12, 2010
Sunday, May 9, 2010 | Kristinn

Posted on 05/09/2010 3:21:46 PM PDT by kristinn

I am posting this announcement with Jim Thompson's blessing and support.

Patriotic Americans all across the nation are being called on to 'flaunt the American flag' on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 by wearing patriotic-themed clothing such as American flag style shirts, blouses, ties or jackets; American flag lapel pins or brooches; and by displaying the American flag at home, on your car or at your desk at work. You can even carry an American flag with you as you make your rounds on Wednesday and really flaunt that flag!

This is being done as a show of support for the American families in Morgan Hill, California whose students attending Live Oak High School were ordered to remove their American flag style shirts so as to not offend Mexican students on Cinco de Mayo last week.

Offended Mexican students walked out of class the next day and staged a protest march demanding "respect" for "our holiday" by demanding Americans not display the American flag on American soil.

One protester, Luis Jimenez, was videotaped by KNTV-TV saying, "Yesterday, it was our holiday, Cinco de Mayo. All of, like, the Americans thought they could wear their flags and just flaunt them in front of us."

Another Mexican protester was videotaped by KRON-TV ripping an American flag out of the hands of an American that same day.

In response, please send this message: We Americans will flaunt our flag on our soil anytime we please. If some folks don't like that, we have an old saying for them, "America, love it or leave it!"

Please e-mail and post this call to action on blogs, Facebook, Twitter and send it to you local and national Tea Party groups and talk radio hosts.

(Note to all the race-baiting liberals and weak-kneed David Brooks types, this is not about race, or even about Mexico. This is about Americans standing up for America on American soil. If you can't handle displays of patriotism, the same message above applies to you too.)

If anyone asks who started this and why May 12, just say it was started by a TEA-ed off American and May 12 just seems like a good day to wear the red, white and blue.

We cheapened citizenship by granting amnesty to illegals years ago. We also cheapened it by granting citizenship to babies born here of illegal parents. The Hispanics that were able to waltz in here illegally, while we turned a blind eye and filled their hand every time they put it out have no loyalty or appreciation for this great country. Illegals see us as weak and lazy because we have not stood up to them. The children of illegals that are recognized as instant citizens do not appreciate what they have been granted, and will never be satisfied no matter what they are given. For things to have value, they must be earned. The illegals in the streets are like spoiled children demanding new toys- many of them don’t even want citizenship- they want to take our land and make it their own.

>Goodness..... just whose country is this?

Congress would say its theirs; illegal immigrants would claim it as their own; and patriots weep to see the “injustice for all” being perpetrated.

>But it really IS Karl Marx’ birthday so why not make May 5th yet another Marxist national holiday as we now “celebrate” Earth Day on April 22 which is Lenin’s birthday.

Do you know when Mohammad’s birthday is? `cause as long as we’re assigning holidays I propose that day should be International Porcine Foreskin Day.

{Yeah, my suggestion could start a couple wars...}

I used to have a trash bag full of mexican flags that i captured from my old neighborhood. I used to note where they are at in the day and go out in the wee hours of the morning on a bicycle to capture them. Probably broke a lot of laws but it was a fun and rewarding stealth mission

Jim Thompson

Jim Thompson, born March 21st, 1906 in Greenville, Delaware, was an American architect who helped revitalize Thailand's silk and textile industry in the 1950s and 1960s.

Thompson, previously a member of the CIA, disappeared mysteriously after going for an afternoon walk on Easter Sunday in Cameron Highlands on March 26th, 1967.

Jim Thompson was on a quiet sojourn to the highlands to visit some friends and the fact that he left his cigarettes and a small silver 'jungle box' on the chair outside Moonlight Cottage where he was staying suggests that he had not planned to be gone for long.

Thompson was never seen again, and the theories for his disappearance are many, some plausible and others complex and far-fetched.

Many believe that he was kidnapped for his previous involvement in spying activities. However it is more likely that he was eaten by a tiger, murdered in a botched robbery or fell into an aboriginal animal trap (a pit with a spike) and buried by the Orang Asli when they discovered what had happened. Many hypotheses have been put forward to explain Thompson's disappearance, and there were some reported sightings of him after his disappearance, but what happened to him still remains one of the greater unsolved mysteries of Southeast Asia.
