A Kenyan lawmaker told the nation's Parliament last month that Barack Obama was born in Africa and is therefore "not even a native American."

During debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country's minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America's election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite:

"If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation," Orengo posited, "how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?"

Orengo held up the U.S. as a country no longer "living in the past," since Americans elected a Kenyan-born president without regard to "ethnic consideration and objectives."

Debate is then recorded in the Kenyan government's official March 25, 2010, hansard – a traditional name for printed transcripts of a parliamentary debate – as continuing with no other MPs mentioning or attempting to correct Orengo's comments about Obama.

James Orengo is not the first Kenyan MP to state that Obama was born in Kenya.

He is at least the fourth. !!!!!!!!!!!

Three different Kenyan parliamentarians stated that fact in the Parliament’s minutes on the day after Obama’s election victory in 2008.

Additionally, also not mentioned in the WND article, the Kenyan ambassador to the US said the same thing in an interview with a Detroit radio station that very same day.

It doesn’t matter any more whether 0 was born in Mombasa, Kenya or Bumf*ck, Egypt. The plan was made some years ago that America should have a foreigner as a president to show the world that it has truly diversified and that it had abandoned its Constitution. Just like the UN where any swinging Dick or Doris can be its Secretary General.

How else is it possible that, up to now, NO congresscritter, PUB or RAT, has openly challenged Obama’s true identity? The previous administration knows damn well where Obama’s skeletons are buried, but exposing them would also unearth the truth that they are fellow accomplices in this grand deception of the American people.

Well, as much as I want this to be true, true, ture, we've seen this sort of thing before and it didn't go anywhere. One guy supposedly had obama Kenyan birth certificate, but I think it turned out to be phony, or had a bogus signature,or something.

We're going to need more than this one guys rantings about; it may just been his false pride that a Kenyan could be elected U.S. President.

As far as being a "birther"...well, they can call me that AFTER they prove he is a NBC. Too many hidden documents for anyone to scorn me for being suspicious.
