If healthcare passes the socialist coup d'etat has advanced beyond the point of no return!
Dec 19, 2009 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 12/19/2009 11:28:56 AM PST by Jim Robinson

Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!

There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.

The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.

The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.

The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.

Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.

It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!

It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!

It's time to assemble for duty, for Liberty!!

Oh, I’m sure that’s just a complete coincidence.

Even if passes IT will be overturned

Electing enough Republican senators in 2010 to overturn an Obama veto is almost out of the question. That means that for more than three years, we would pay the taxes mandated by this bill. And it would give the fascists three years to start carrying out their eugenist agenda.

So what, American gun owners have bought 12 billion rounds in the past year, a 40~50% increase over normal annual purchase levels.

*... those who refused to vote for McCain, saying that having a Democrat in the White House would cause the Republicans to embrace Conservatism?
Frankly, I’m convinced they contributed to the mess we’re in!*

Spot On, Exactly, You said it!

Since Obama, Gov. take over in Auto Industry, Banks, etc.
Obama created a worse economic situation for these takovers.

We have the non approved Czars, many being socialists to marxists.

Obama gives a pull out date from the war that was declared on America by the IslamOfascists. Losing is not an option.

Pushing the global warming, economy destroying agenda.

ObamaCare which will not only destroy our entire health care system, cause deaths, and tank the economy to a no comeback situation.

McCain may be a POS but we wouldn’t have have this crap and he is leading the fight against ObamaCare.

I am Conservative down the line but when the above issues
are taking us down to a socialist state with no return,
am glad I voted McCain - Palin and don’t have on my conscience that I helped elect Obama by voting Third Party or sitting home.

IT CAN’T BE OVERTURNED! That is the point. We ARE beyond the point of no return and we will eventually collapse like the Soviet Union.

We need 2/3rd majority which we will never get.

Who is going to vote for cutting Federal spending? Not 2/3rds.

So, the game is over, CronyCommunist won like Pelosi, Obama, Kennedy, etc.

The big banks/investment banks are in on it. Weep not for them.

Communism is here and I, for one, am signing off of FreeRepublic. They will start jailing and killing people like us. Read your history.

Gulag Chicago-style.

Bye-bye. Its been a great experience knowing that there are real patriots out there. But we will now be audited, harassed, censored, jailed, and murdered.

Wait until Obama forms the militias composed of gangmembers. Think it won’t happen? Read your history of the Wiemar Republic, out of control spending, inflation and the rise of Nazism and brown shirts.

Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the major banks will all be insolvent as soon as inflation kicks up and interest rates rise 200 basis point. They are sitting on 8 trillion of low-interest rate mortgages and guarantees. Add 1 trillion for the Fed’s holding of MBS. Throw in the banks loan portfolios. It is over 10 trillion which will get destroyed and taxpayers (never the elites) will have to pay for it. It is endless.

Arm yourselves. This will end very badly. All because of Socialism and CronyCommunists like Corzine.

Vote in 2010 and hope a.) that we can get a Republican majority who will b.) have the guts to legislatively neuter this bill

This is not a time to wait. Campaigning for conservatives, no matter where they are running, must get up to full speed now. Disregard Republican "leadership" and put time and money into individual campaigns.

Try to take over the local Republican party. Few people get involved and a takeover by conservatives is not that difficult.

If we wait until the 2010 election, it truly will be too late.

There is a way. It is called a Constitutional Convention. Take the power to tax and spend away from congress and return it to the taxpayers (Note: taxpayers: not tax filers)

The next gathering in Washington DC should focus on intersections and metro tunnels. Block the way. Let nothing move. 1 million people standing in the traffic, saying “Nothing happens in this country without the consent of the people.”

It is called a Constitutional Convention.

NO, NO, NO! That is the WORST thing that could happen. The commies and the media would rewrite the Constitution in a heartbeat, and RINOs would be handing them the pen and paper to do it.

If they get this obviously unconstitutional socialist monstrosity signed into law over the objections of the people then who or what will stop the cap and tax bill or the illegal takeover of the energy sector or the complete takeover of the financial and banking industries or the takeover of any other private sector or the coming amnesty bill and who will stop them from signing onto any sovereignty robbing international treaty they wish?

Where do you draw the line?

A cadre of experts in Constitutional law needs to assemble -if they haven’t already. Individuals with standing who will be harmed by the bill need to be selected with good cases that will ask the right questions about various facets of the bill. The petition needs to be filed ASAP after the signing with a requested injunction against implementation. Money needs to be raised to support the effort.

State legislation also needs to be written and introduced to block implementation of this on the state level.

2010 is too late.

They intend on killing us with this Soviet style health care system, (as in we are dead anyway), so I think we should approach this as people who have nothing to lose.

Where is this perfect world you live in? It is simply impossible to get tens of millions of Republicans on message. You take what you can get.

Those who say “my way or the highway” have contributed to getting Obama elected.

Great post Jim.

Although, it's really sad to see many FReepers fold like a cheap suit when it's time to put up or shut up. My family's very well-being is at stake.
