Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!
There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.
The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.
The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.
The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.
Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.
It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!
It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!
It's time to assemble for duty, for Liberty!!

That’s what’s missing, Republicans, right-to-life groups, conservatives scrambling to stop this. Mounting legal challenges by the dozen hoping something will stick, reading the bills, etc. As Bob Dole said, “Where’s the outrage!”
We simply need to cut loose California, Hawaii, the entire Northeast (New England, New York State, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.) Also, the LP of Michigan, Northern Ohio, Northern Indiana and Northern Illinois. The rest would be ours.
Alaska is too cold for me. I have my eye on Texas. As soon as she declares her independence from the USSA, I’m there. I’m already an ornery, er, honorary Texan anyway.

Personally, I don’t believe that shaking my fist at Congress and crying “Just you wait ‘til Election Day!” is appropriate. Or credible. And it’s good to see that not everyone continues to advocate ridiculous, toothless gum-rattling.
But what remains unclear here, is what we are to do next, and what we may appropriately suggest we do next.
For sure it is too late to place any confidence in the ballot box we will not even see for 11 months.

No, there is another, a very long shot. If Obama is not qualified to be president (by natural birth) the bill he signs will not be law; if we can make a big enough stink with it. If it is passed, the majority of people will likely object (after their taxes are raised) and they realize they don’t have to wait two more years to correct it, IT CAN BE FIXED NOW.
Obviously, Congress will not go along with it. The ploy (with public pressure) will then be - OK, we will accept your word, if you (Democratic Party) certify he is qualified and prove it by writing a certification process into law (and that he signs) - that a political party is required to certify that their candidates, present and future, meet all requirements for office, under penalties of decertification (and loss of tax exempt status for donors).
That would be an interesting debate, especially since no one appears to be responsible (or own up to their responsibilities) for checking candidates meeting constitutional requirements

Yes and immediately. I am going to sit down with my family and friends and explain to them what has happened to our country and what Thomas Jefferson said about correcting the situation. Let's roll.
I appreciate that but we don’t need 1,000’s, we need 1,000’s of 1,000’s. Ten to twenty million determined American patriots should do the trick. We need a coalition of like-minded groups and organizations 10 times that which gathered in DC on 9/12 and we need to be prepared to supply and encamp them there for the duration (or for as long as it takes).
Only, this time we don’t bring signs. We bring regimental battle flags, Gadsen flags, fife & drum corps, pitchforks, torches and dummies of King George, er, Obama and his cohorts to burn in effigy!
Back home we continue stocking up on ammo and we cease being shy about wearing/carrying our guns.
They’ll get the message.
Tea Party’s and The march on 9/12 showed we were against it along with those town hall meetings. They cannot say THEY did the will of the people.
We need constitutional lawyers NOW to undue this - stop it - because we will be paying on it immediately.
