"BC2. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then all that was required was that one of the parents send in a birth certificate to be filed. The birth certificate could be filed by mail. There appears to have been no requirement for the parent to actually physically appear before the local registrar of the district. It would have been very easy for a relative to forge an absent parents signature to a form and mail it in. In addition, if a claim was made that neither parent of the newborn child whose birth is unattended as above provided is able to prepare a birth certificate, the local registrar shall secure the necessary information from any person having knowledge of the birth and prepare and file the certificate. (Section 57-8&9) I asked the Dept of Health what they currently ask for (in 2008) to back up a parents claim that a child was born in Hawaii. I was told that all they required was a proof of residence in Hawaii (e.g. a drivers license [We know from interviews with her friends on Mercer Island in Washington State that Ann Dunham had acquired a drivers license by the summer of 1961 at the age of 17] or telephone bill) and pre-natal (statement or report that a woman was pregnant) and post-natal (statement or report that a new-born baby has been examined) certification by a physician. On further enquiry, the employee that I spoke to informed me that the pre-natal and post-natal certifications had probably not been in force in the 60s. Even if they had been, there is and was no requirement for a physician or midwife to witness, state or report that the baby was born in Hawaii."

Well, 2 things we should do and that is to begin to raise money to elect a secretary of state that will demand to see a BC before letting BHO on the ballot in that state. Also raise money to hire a competent big time lawyer to force the courts too look into this matter.
Also keep up the PR pressure, as BHO continues to fail people will take a harder look at him. I like one FReepers idea of leaving Post-It notes everywhere in public asking Wheres the Birth Certificate?
I agree.
It could also serve other purposes as Madelyn Dunham knew from her experience working at Bank of Hawaii. On the only discovered form that appears valid, it’s Madelyn’s signature alone that attests to young Barry’s birth. (This should raise eyebrows.)
Link or Jpeg???
I am unaware of the document to which you refer purportedly signed by Obama's grandmother. Can you fill me in please?
Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner!
I had a gut instinct that the signatures weren't what you would have seen at the time on such a document -- a little too flamboyant or exuberant.
Also it looks like they left out the "e" in "Madelyn."
But golly, it looks like the signatures are in the same handwriting.
Why are we even asked to bother with such obvious forgeries?
If I recall correctly, Phillip Berg tried to get medical records for S.A.D. and could find no evidence that she was ever pregnant at that time.
Fake
Very wordy response, but did you even check out the above link signed by the grandmother?

At the bottom it states:
“1. Birthplace: Kenya; Registered Honolulu HRS 338-17.8 per Grandmother”
It will become obvious in the next 12 months that he cannot be allowed to continue.
This cannot and will not be resolved by legal means unless a majority of sitting Federal officials who are Democrats agree.
On the question of whether or not they will, much rests.
Please see #42 and any help would be appreciated.

Look also at Items 6a, 6b and 6c.
Under "Place of Birth: City, Town or Rural Location on 6a, we have: "Honolulu 1" (no idea what the "1" means, other than a typo).
Under "Island," on 6b, we have "Oahu".
Then, on 6c, under "Name of Hospital or Institution," we have "Unknown - Kenya, Africa."
So, this child was born in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, in an unknown hospital in Kenya. Okey, dokey.
This is an incredibly sloppy, and funny, forgery.
By the way, for those who can't find the link, it's in the first post, but it's not a live link. You'll have to copy and paste it into your browser. It won't bite.
The question remains, why would Madelyn Payne Dunham misspell her own christian name and the name of the Street?
The first two signatures on the Hawaii 'document' appear to be written by the same hand.
I do not see this as a 'birth certificate' but as an application. From which a certification of live birth was FILED.
NOT ACCEPTED.
If the application is genuine, we must ask how was it obtained? And who filled in the form? I very much doubt that Madelyn had anything to do with it. Who might it have been that didn't know how to spell Madelyn...nor the the name of the street? A foreigner to Hawaii?
I believe those numbers have been proven to be so far off it couldn’t be real.
Did the Twins Birth Announcement ever turn up?

No, it did not. Not that week, not the next week, or the next week........
Theirs was removed, the microfilm tampered with and barry’s was inserted in that spot.
If the Obama announcement was triggered by a Hawaii DOH certificate filing you would think the Nordyke twins would be in there somewhere.
That’s an urban legend.
Travel to Pakistan by American citizens was not banned by the U.S. or Pakistan. It was so easy for Americans to travel to Pakistan in 1981 that Pakistan was issuing 30-day visas to Americans upon arrival at any airport in Pakistan.
I’ve posted (on FR) the relevant Travel Advisory issued by the U.S. State Department in 1981. It summarizes the above information and further indicates that if American citizens plan to stay in Pakistan longer than 30 days they must apply for a longer-term visa prior to travelling there.
You can verify this information yourself by searching FR for the travel advisory.
