I believe that is not Obamas BC. 1st off it doesnt coincide with Hawaii DOH statement that Obama was born in Hawaii. 2nd the boxes near the signatures appear to have been whited out and the xx’s appear to be typewritten. 3rd The signatures appear to be done by the same handwritting and the 8 for month next to Madelyn's name appears to be an attempt to disguise handwriting. 4th There is no file number on the BC. 5th there are numerous broken lines 6th it would not be a delayed BC. 7th,Kalanianole (address) is misspelled.

Look also at Items 6a, 6b and 6c.

Under "Place of Birth: City, Town or Rural Location on 6a, we have: "Honolulu 1" (no idea what the "1" means, other than a typo).

Under "Island," on 6b, we have "Oahu".

Then, on 6c, under "Name of Hospital or Institution," we have "Unknown - Kenya, Africa."

So, this child was born in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, in an unknown hospital in Kenya. Okey, dokey.

This is an incredibly sloppy, and funny, forgery.
