Not to debate semantics, I think a birth certificate obtained by way of false representations is fraudulent.
I am unaware of the document to which you refer purportedly signed by Obama's grandmother. Can you fill me in please?

I'm sending out a search party for that document as we speak.
It was a copy of the Certificate of Live Birth that was applied for and signed by Madelyn Dunham. The absence of the signature by the birth mother gave me pause. I use my family documents as a comparison and this one most resembled those. However, it was a short form only and I have both long and short forms as a basis.
I wasn't arguing a matter of semantics, just pointing out the convoluted rational of Hawaiian law makers to benefit the Territory, later the State and their own self interests. Their intent became law and though I also do not agree with it, it's a done deal.
