What about the other 7 states?
Yeah, but Mississippi is cool.
LOL!
Doesn’t surprise me. I love my adopted state of Texas, but visited my home state of Colorado recently, and it’s remarkable how much thinner the population is as a whole.
They're all dead, that's why they always vote democrat.
I see Louisiana is ranked 47th. There is no state where I would rather kill myself, meal by precious meal.
“They’re all dead, that’s why they always vote democrat.”
But, they are HONEST Democrats ... they only vote twice ...
This just means that we know things like barbecue, dark chocolate Reese's peanut-butter cups and James Coney Island dogs are much, much better for you than a steady diet of rabbit food.
>> There is no state where I would rather kill myself, meal by precious meal.
They sure can cook down there. Both kinds of food in the world — cajun AND creole.
Vermont...the ‘Red Mountain State’. Socialism for all; what a surprise.
My home state is 25, which means that New York is mediocre in something (we are either the best or the worst on most of these lists).
MS has the largest black population % wise, a demographic not exactly known for eating healthy. When traveling the majority white Gulf region back in 2002, however, I saw lots of folks eating HUGE portions of fried fish, followed by dessert. We are what we eat.
As for myself, I yo-yo back and forth weight wise, but have spent the past few years between 170-190 (5'11"). Love to eat, but know my limits. It also helps that walking is a necessity around these parts.
The extra 7 States only vote democratic.
I love (southern) Louisiana, hot food, hotter women.
And how is California not at the bottom?
Well, if those northerers would stay up north, instead of retiring down south, the south would be higher on that list.
Stop me if you’ve heard this one. Ha ha! That’s right... you can’t! But anyhow...
I recently turned 65 and had to choose a new primary care physician for my Medicare program.
After two visits and exhaustive lab tests, he said I was doing “fairly well” for my age.
A little concerned about that comment, I couldn’t resist asking him, “Do you think I will live to be 80?”
He asked: Do you smoke tobacco or drink alcoholic beverages?”
“Oh no,” I replied. “I don’t do drugs, either.”
“Do you have many friends and entertain frequently?”
“I said, “No, I usually stay home and keep to myself”.
“Do you eat rib-eye steaks and barbecued ribs?”
I said, “No, my other doctor said that all red meat is unhealthy!”
“Do you spend a lot of time in the sun, like playing golf, sailing, hiking, or bicycling?”
“No, I don’t,” I said.
“Do you gamble, drive fast cars, or have a lot of sex?”
“No,” I said. “I don’t do any of those things.”
He looked at me and said, “Then why do you give a s**t?
Every rabbit I ever met is dead now.
That doesn’t speak well for rabbit food.
72 ounce Steaks for lunch every day can’t be bad for me or I wouldn’t get em for free over in Amarillo !
