How did little INDONESIAN, Barry Soetoro, (A.K.A. Barack Obama) get around the issue of nationality to become president?

If he was not born in HI, and the jury is still out, it is obvious that his mother and grandmother (most likely) arranged for documents stating that he was born in HI. For obvious reasons. So by the time he was in Indo, the story was that he was born in HI and must have had some kind of papers stating that. But even this is speculative at best, since 0bama has hidden, sealed or scrubbed all documentation of his entire life except the rare little paper that escaped, like this one from Indo, and the divorce papers of his mother and purported father.
There’s no proof of anything; that’s the whole point!

One obvious reason is that the girl’s father and mother both were known to live in Indonesia at the time, whereabouts all documented, known, etc.
Whereas there is a 6 month blank timespan when 0bama was born, there are no (existing and/or known about) records of where 0bama’s mother and then he himself, were or lived or traveled, during the time before until sometime after his birht. Nada, nothing, zip. So it would be very difficult (were the parents even wanting to do such a thing) to lie about where Maya was born.
With 0bama, there are no records (public ones anway).

I DO believe Zero is hiding his ineligibility...I just don’t think we’ll be able to prove it.

So why can't you prove it? Why can't you come up with proof that he was born overseas? Surely somewhere in the Birther community is someone with the grit and determination to do that, isn't there? I mean really, there are enough stories out there - born in Kenya, born in Canada, born God knows where - that it should be possible for you to get SOMETHING?

goes into great detail about how he’s pretty sure that Dunham and Obama were not married, but, he never really had the
courage to explore the “ murky “ situation.
And then after writing “ there’s is no record of a real wedding “ no family in attendance, no relatives informed, his grandparents did not go,
no flowers, no ring , no pictures ,
no cake, no documentation-
he says they were married in a civil ceremony by a Justice of the Peace.
It’s a very odd and contradictory paragraph.
I wonder why his editor at Three Rivers Press did not pick up on the contradictions.
I doubt most Americans hold it against Obama if his parents were not married especially since he wrote that he’s pretty sure they weren’t married ..before he said they were.
Consider, Obama does not personally benefit from showing it. And he (currently) personally benefits from concealing it.
Simply put, there is little reason for him to do anything at all to assuage the doubts of people who did not and will not support him or his agenda. Especially if the situation is leading some proponents of ‘Birtherism’ to concoct wild fantasies involving the CIA and The Ford Foundation. He’s just not going to release personal information to assuage political adversaries and try to prevent them from acting goofy about it.
Besides, it really wouldn’t settle much. You can see from the posts on this thread that several people are already convinced there is a grand conspiracy involved here. Others have made it clear that they won’t accept any information that lends any legitimacy to BHO. Confirmation bias is the rule here, it seems.
And, there are still the rational minds who debate the sole legitimate issue: does a child born on American soil to an American mother and non-resident alien father qualify as a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ under the US Constitution. That won’t be settled without a long judicial process and really, that boat has already sailed.
Speculation:
For all I know they are waiting for the next election cycle hoping that this BC thing gets legs, then they’ll trot out the formal and certified documents in the weeks before the 2010 elections. The MSM will crow about what a bunch of dummies all those conservatives are, etc. You get the idea.
It would result in at least a modest loss in credibility by the Republicans if only through implied guilt by association.
Then if further, more legitimate, issues are brought up the administration has a good hill to fight from. It would then be much easier for them to dismiss claims or accusations regarding BHO’s life as just another baseless fishing expedition like that whole BC thing.
But that assumes there is not anything sufficiently embarrassing on the BC.

Obama is mentioned as Punahou School alumnus. (doesn’t mention where he was born.)
Obama is the son of a Kenyan economist who was the first African to study at the East-West Center, and a student from Kansas, who met at the University of Hawaii-Manoa. (no mention of marriage)
The couple divorced when Obama was 2. His mother then married another EWC student, an Indonesian who moved the family to his native Jakarta. (Obama was 3 when his parents divorced. According to this article, Obama would have been 4 when Lolo and Stanley Ann married.)
Obama moved to the mainland after graduating in 1979. (no mention of Obama using Hawaii address to register for selective service.)
What changed?
In 1961 Stanley Ann Dunham was 18 years old and did not have 5 years residency in the US after age 14, in 1970 she did.

It doesnt matter to me what you believe. It isn’t that hard to undertand at least one reason. If you choose not to or can’t come up with one..then that is on you.

Why should I go through a laundry list of reasons? I gave you one already..and you chose to ignore it.
That would be incorrect...because she either really wasn’t married in Hawaii (my belief) or the marriage was VOID ab initio and she was an unwed mother.
Of course, she may not have realized the legal technicality or she may not at the time realized Sr was already married....so thus giving a reason in her mind to try to make sure Jr was a US citizen.
There could also be other reasons under the surface depending on what she was doing at the time and who she was doing it with ..(not sex)..and a birth in a foreign country would raise flags , etc.
E Howard Hunt claims that the CIA and LBJ conspired to kill Kennedy and approached him. YOu can choose to think it is possible or you can mock it.
You can mock the idea that the Dunham family was some how involved with intelligence or you can think it is a possiblity.
It is not up to me to try to convince you. I don’t care what you believe.

Was he a Colonel in the Army when he was studying in Hawaii?? When did he become a military officer?
When did he go back to Indonesia? At what point during the bloody war did he go back? the war that involved the CIA , by the way....

In case you aren’t familiar with the cia cut out that was involved in the fake honeytrap...he was the one that handed over money to Bebe Rebezo..(and believed this led to Watergate)....and was involved in the attempted assassination of Fidel Castro....among many many many other things.

It's silent on the issue. It requires a person to be a Natural Born Citizen to be eligible to the office of President. Is dual citizenship, if acquired after birth rather than at birth, incompatible with Natural Born citizenship. I don't think it is, but maybe it should be. The reason the NBC provision is in the Constitution is, to quote John Jay, to "provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government". He wrote this in a letter to G. Washington before it had even been decided that their would be a single executive. In this letter, dated July 25, 1787, Jay wrote:
Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise & seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expresly that the Command in chief of the american army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.
I'm sure that's what Stanley Ann told Lolo. I'll bet he never saw the birth certificate either.
