Anyway that House resolution is telling, isn't it??? It didn't conclude that he was a "natural born citizen" because of birth in Hawaii, did it??? So then the House understands that even if born in Hawaii that he is still not a natural born citizen. It is using the same definition that the Senate uses -- two citizen parents and birth on American soil. Both Senate and House know that Obama is not a natural born citizen and not qualified to be President. The charade continues --
Because he's not paying dollar one. These last cases in California and Georgia and Texas and what have you? Every case filed since January 20th? All are handled by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
And the cases before January 20th? His campaign funded those attorneys.

It must have because it clearly says, "Whereas the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961..." Now everyone knows that you can't be president unless you're a natural-born citizen, that's in the Constitution. So obviously the U.S. House of Representatives unanimously agrees that Obama is a natural-born citizen.
Yeah...I also missed the part where this “”transparent”” administration authorized the release of documents pertaining TO his eligibility. Documents that were not only demanded and required by the leftists for Bush, but were submitted freely and immediately by Bush. And funny thing is...Bush didn’t even declare or pretend that his administration was going to be “transparent”. He didn’t lie like Obama did (does, is, continues to do).

Well in Georgia it's because the case was dismissed as frivilous. In California, the judge has put a hold on discovery until he rules on the defense motion to dismiss on October 5th.

Not a good question; it would allow him to show the reporter as ignorant of US law. A child does not lose US citizenship from actions of the parents.
One can only lose US citizenship by formally renouncing in front of a consular officer, and that officer has to be convinced that anyone under 18 fully understands the meaning and consequences. The other ways of losing citizenship (serving in the armed forces of a country with which the US is at war, treason, etc. ) would not apply to a child.
My question remains. One that you refuse to answer.
Why doesn't Obama just dispel any and ALL doubt about his eligibility and release his documents? It's a very simple solution to a growing problem, as more and more people become aware of his reluctance to do so. IF he has nothing to hide, why wouldn't he? Wouldn't you? Wouldn't anybody? Unless, of course, there IS something damaging and/or disqualifying there to be exposed. That would be my conclusion and the conclusion of any logical, 'thinking' person (yourself and other lefties excluded).

Actually, we the taxpayers are paying the salary of two federal prosecutors assigned to represent Barry’s interest in Judge Carter’s courtroom.
I’m sure the two Assistant US Attorneys Roger West and David DeJute have nothing better to do....
Imagine if John Ashcroft or Alberto Gonzalez had dispatched two AUSA’s to prevent citizens from viewing George Bush’s long form birth certificate...
