Anyway that House resolution is telling, isn't it??? It didn't conclude that he was a "natural born citizen" because of birth in Hawaii, did it???

It must have because it clearly says, "Whereas the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961..." Now everyone knows that you can't be president unless you're a natural-born citizen, that's in the Constitution. So obviously the U.S. House of Representatives unanimously agrees that Obama is a natural-born citizen.
