I don’t think any judge will seriously take steps to extricate Obama from office if it turns out that he is not eligible to be president, but Obama’s presidency would be over and he might even resign over this, if it becomes an embarrassment. I mean Nixon, Clinton... it seems like a lot less of an issue compared to fraud.

Not so. This document does not purport to be the original Birth Certificate. Its a Certified Copy, produced and signed in 1964 (after Kenya became a Republic) at the request of a family member.
The converse is also true: there is much on there that could be proved almost immediately if it is authentic.
Time will tell.

No I’ve seen a one page document that has similar entries. I’ll see if I can find it.
I need to explain how birth records are kept in Kenya and many developing countries. The record of the birth is entered on a sequentially numbered page in a securely bound book, and the pages are sequentially filled with records, which are indexed elsewhere for retreval. This document is unitary and is never duplicated or removed from the bound, sequentially nummbered pages.
If a record of a birth is required for any purpose, a fee is paid to the registrar who prepares a certificate attesting to the facts as contained in the original record and issues it under seal. Thus, there could be several or indeed many copies of a record issued to different individuals and at different times, but the underlying document in the record book remains unaltered and unchanged.
There ARE NO birth multiple records hidden away in Kenya, only the one, and it cannot be altered or changed without creating a very noticable gap in the book. This is one area where old fashioned record keeping may have an advantage over modern digital methods.
The present document that we are looking at on FR is very much anagous to the Hawwaii COLB, in that it is a secondary document attesting to facts extracted from a different, primary document.
The present document must have been requested by someone. They don't go around making copies of vital recored for the entertainment value. Somebody requested it for a purpose, and it is the suspicion of many that it had to to with the Obama-Dunham divorce.
At any rate this document was either purloined from some archival court record, or it was among the personal documents of either Stanly Ann or Obama Sr.
How it has become public is a question that needs to be answered in order to know how much credibility to give it. Until the provenance is established beyond doubt, it will be continually trashed as a forgery.
Well, by now you've probably seen the answer to your question several times on this thread. What appears to be most likely, is that this document was requested by Stanley Ann Dunham during her divorce proceedings.

Yeah, I think so. As to where we’re going with this, I’d expect to hear from the MSM very little about this new development. I’d expect to hear little discussion of “fake or not”. I’d expect, whenever mentioned, a dismissive “fake Kenyan Birth Certificate”, a dismissive “that was debunked a long time ago”. “Birthers” will be called “crazy”. That’s from the pro Obama MSM. Someone like Lou Dobbs, or Fox, might talk about the new find. Changing TV stations will increasingly feel like going from one world to another.
I’m not sure there will be any real determination of its authenticity. The consensus here will probably be “real, or at least a really good fake” The way to truly prove it one way or the other is to look at the record book that is referenced. If we can’t look at Obama’s HI BC, will we be able to look at Obama’s Kenyan BC? Unlikely. So, we’ll be saying, in addition to “Obama, let us look at your original HI BC”, “Kenya, let us look at that book”.
The percentage of people who think O was born in Kenya will go up. The percentage of people who don’t know where he was born will go up. Lib MSM will look at those numbers and say “people are getting crazier.”
It may be possible that absolutely no one alive really knows the whole truth here. Obama might not know what his grandma did back in 1961. If I was to guess, I’d say that his mom was playing on the beach in Kenya and didn’t get back in time (or the plan all along was to have O there in Kenya). There in Kenya did exist a BC, and I think we’re looking at a real copy of it. O’s grandma filled out some paperwork, and some form did get from O’s grandma, to the Hawaii health people, then on to the newspapers. I’m not really sure exactly what type of form was used. The “mail-in” option was possible, there might be other options. So, right now, there are (or should be) probably 2 sets of documentation. One set is the Kenyan set, the other is the Hawaii set.
And this is just one small piece of the whole “is O a natural born citizen” question.

You may find something that you mistook for another document, but it is not. It is a digitally altered version that was created by a poster with the handle Salamander.
Salamander created a lot of confusion with her creation and ultimately took it down. But someone else put it back up again to keep the confusion flowing.
But, please, don’t be misled. There is only ONE document and only one real photo.

WND claims to have other similar Kenyan birth certificates from the same era. This has nothing to do with an “original birth certificate”. That’s a canard.
It has everything to do with the ability to make reasoned conclusions about the Obama document.
