Yes, Mombasa DID remain a technical land of Zanzibar until it ceded the city to Kenya when it declared independence. However Britain LEASED the 10 mile strip of land called the “Coast Province” (including Mombasa) for the “Dominion of Kenya”. So while the actual property was technically belonging to Zanzibar, they did not occupy that area and Kenya operated from the late 1800’s until they ceded the land in independence.

They obviously referred to Kenya as a republic prior to 1964.
Nothing really settled there, they are doing just the same as we are doing here, validating, questioning, nothing settled there, just healthy skepticism. It is actually holding up well to this full on assault.

Following your line of reasoning, it would appear that the 2008 Presidential Elections were committed under a cloud of fraud. Obama's eligibility was certified by Nancy Pelosi.
One possible remedy is to return to the status quo ante and rerun the elections. That would mean Bush and Cheney return to office, their Cabinet returns to office, the 1000 page legislative bills are rescinded, and all executive decisions from January 20, 2009 are rendered null and void.
That is, if Bush and/or Cheney choose to return. With the MSM media storm this would entail, they can be hardly blamed if their choice is to walk away. One may hope.

Not obvious. Early in this thread, a link was provided to the original constitution. No mention there of a republic. I saw the pdf, 150+ pages.
My only contribution.. and I’ve been with you all night and day.. the folds on the paper compare very favorably to a document that I have carried folded in my wallet for 6 years. The creases and small tears are nearly identical. Second point: a search of Kenya’s white pages, todays version, does show at least one person in Kenya with the surname of all the different officials listed on the Kenyan B.C. Proves nothing, I know, but food for thought.
