Freepers: in preparing for radio shows and appearances, I need some information. Yes, it's here (someplace) on FR, usually buried in a myriad of links. So I'm asking your help to get some concise and clear answers on some "birther" issues:
1) Is there a difference between a "Certificate of Live Birth" and a "Birth Certificate?" If so, what are the specific differences, and can a non-U.S. citizen obtain either or both?
2) Was, or was not, Pakistan on the State Department's "banned travel" list when Obama went there. This has been asserted and denied. Can anyone provide a list of such states from "da gubment" on the date in question?
3) In the noise and confusion, I have heard that a) the Hawaiian records were destroyed in 2001 or 2002; that b) the birth certificate exists; or c) a copy of the birth certificate exists. Which is it?
4) Is such personal information on a public figure subject to FOIA? (I know, it would take years, even if it was, but just asking).
5) What officials have claimed to have actually seen this, and would they know what to look for (if they inspected it at all?)
I don't think so. but hey, you continue weighing in here for whatever reason you want.
I will give you the possibility but the fact is there has never been a Constitutional Convention called for the purpose of amending the Constitution.
Know why? Because in a Constitutional Convention anything goes and you can have a whole new document crafted having nothing to with the original intent of some amendment.

I know. That said, how do you get someone in 1961-—because it IS a 1961 microfilm-—to “plant” a story about a birth announcement? Come on. You have to admit, this is a big issue, as is the Hawaiian official who now stated categorically that BO was a natural born citizen.
What is your opinion of the 1790 act that defined Natural Born Citizen. Do you believe they had the power to enact that law? Or do you think the only way to define natural born citizen is through an Amendment?
The long form for the Nordyke twins is now available on the Net and the address for the Nordyke family on those forms is different from the images in the newspaper microfiche addy for Obamas.
The primary change in the 1795 Naturalization act over the 1790 Act was the removal of the term natural born citizen. Washington was well aware of the change and woul dhave vetoed it had he not agreed with the changes.

Whoa, hold on there. Kalanianiole is the same as listed in the suspicious Obama birth announcement, IIRC. Are you able to verify with a source that Dr. Nordyke had a clinic address on Kalanianiolie?

He mentioned something before about ‘them’ trying to shut
him down. How could anybody sue him for the content of his website? He only put in it what was reported by others daily. It was all the news in one place- a marvelous treasure trove of information. I read his ‘latest news’ daily, and used it for reference constantly!
I am just heartsick about this.

1) Yes. A certificate of Live Birth is hand filled out by the Parents and signed by a doctor has a number of different sections to fill out. a Certification of Live birth is a computer printo out attesting to the fact that there are original records on file in the dept of Vital statistics in Hawaii. Just RECENTLY, this MONTH Hawaii changed the name of the Certification of live birth (AKA short form) to CERTIFICATE of live birth, the SAME as the name of the LONG form that is hand filled out. It is speculated that they did this to Cover their asses.

3) Hawaii does NOT destroy any records, and though Okubo said for CNN that they did, then later said that they never have, they have not and do not. I have this directly from an employee in that office I am working with regarding my own COLB from Hawaii.

5) The director of the Hawai’ian department of Health. Alvin t. Onaka whose seal as registrar appears on the certificate of live birth that is on Factcheck, and on my own COLB. I believe that Linda Lingle the Governor of Hawaii has seen it as well. It is believed that there is more than one record, which would mean an amended Certificate, which , it is speculated, is how Obama got a Natural Born Status in Hawaii, which does NOT equate to the Constitutional Natural Born Status, as Hawaii routinely provided Certifications of live births for Babies born out of the country.

I wouldn’t press him. Something has happened. If he feels comfortable talking about it he will tell you. I think someone from the government has gotten to him versus it being a threat from some unknown citizen. ..but I could be wrong.
If it was some unknown person he wouldn’t have to worry about his emails being monitored.
