Freepers: in preparing for radio shows and appearances, I need some information. Yes, it's here (someplace) on FR, usually buried in a myriad of links. So I'm asking your help to get some concise and clear answers on some "birther" issues:
1) Is there a difference between a "Certificate of Live Birth" and a "Birth Certificate?" If so, what are the specific differences, and can a non-U.S. citizen obtain either or both?
2) Was, or was not, Pakistan on the State Department's "banned travel" list when Obama went there. This has been asserted and denied. Can anyone provide a list of such states from "da gubment" on the date in question?
3) In the noise and confusion, I have heard that a) the Hawaiian records were destroyed in 2001 or 2002; that b) the birth certificate exists; or c) a copy of the birth certificate exists. Which is it?
4) Is such personal information on a public figure subject to FOIA? (I know, it would take years, even if it was, but just asking).
5) What officials have claimed to have actually seen this, and would they know what to look for (if they inspected it at all?)
Lack of support would indicate that the server he post his blog on is not supporting it anymore.....He may have cancelled the account or the account could have been pulled out from under him.
Congress is restricted to making laws dealing with immigration and naturalization under the Constitution, as far as "natural-born citizen" status is concerned, RummyChick.
And, "interpretation" of this specific, legal term is not in the purview of SCOTUS either, barring a Constitutional Convention and Amendment.

There were two papers, I believe, and each had similar listings posted if not the same day within a 48 hour window. Just the announcement itself is no proof of his birth on Hawaiian soil as the legal rules in place at that time allowed for others to apply for a COLB based on a notarized statement of an out-of-state birth to a 'Hawaiian' resident.
Others have said that it is feasible that the papers archives could have both been 'washed' to insert the info. That is too far to go, when the simplest answer has not been resolved to anyone's satisfaction. Those listings are sequentially provided by the County Records department, so the paper record is a reflection of them. A better question to raise is why his document sequence is out of step with all of the others. A woman had twins the day after his birth, yet her document numbers put them ahead of Obama's.
Too many anomalies lead to only one valid conclusion - he is not qualified. Either he is an illegal alien, or he has committed gross perjury and grand theft in his college and law admissions. I see no other possible answer - based on HIS statements.

I exchange emails with him once in a while- the last ones being yesterday re; his ‘happy birthday’ thread. He wrote a simple message thanking me. That’s all.
I wrote him when I discovered his message, ‘There will be no more posts from me. I’m done’. He does not answer.
Something has happened here- and we need to find out WHAT. He has been receiving death threats..maybe all it took was a death threat against his children or grandchildren- or a visit from ACORN thugs. A law suit?
He mentioned something before about ‘them’ trying to shut
him down. How could anybody sue him for the content of his website? He only put in it what was reported by others daily. It was all the news in one place- a marvelous treasure trove of information. I read his ‘latest news’ daily, and used it for reference constantly!
I am just heartsick about this.

Is the notion that a Constitutional Convention is required, in order to amend the Constitution itself, alien to you or something? Seems so. And, that's surprising, since you so love to deliberately misconstrue the 14th Amendment like so many other citizens of the world.

Show me where the specific, technical, legal term of art "natural-born citizen" was recognized as applicable to Ms. Wong, and I might begin to see your point.
