Damn, why didn’t you tell Thomas Jefferson and John Adams who drafted the Naturalization Act of 1790 . Oops.

No need. It was taken care of in 1795. I'm going to be charitable and presume you knew that, but perhaps not.

Is the notion that a Constitutional Convention is required, in order to amend the Constitution itself, alien to you or something? Seems so. And, that's surprising, since you so love to deliberately misconstrue the 14th Amendment like so many other citizens of the world.

WOW..you mean Thomas Jefferson and John Adams just didn’t know the law, eh? Hmmmmm.... I wonder if any of those signers of the Constitution were involved with that 1790 law.
Pish Posh...a bunch of numbskulls.

Oh my...

http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/constitution/

” None of the 27 amendments to the Constitution have been proposed by constitutional convention”

You don’t quite know all that you think you know. You wouldn’t happen to be that Mario lawyer, eh?
