A certificate of Live Birth is hand filled out by the Parents and signed by a doctor has a number of different sections to fill out. a Certification of Live birth is a computer printo out attesting to the fact that there are original records on file in the dept of Vital statistics in Hawaii. Just RECENTLY, this MONTH Hawaii changed the name of the Certification of live birth (AKA short form) to CERTIFICATE of live birth, the SAME as the name of the LONG form that is hand filled out. It is speculated that they did this to Cover their asses.

I believe that Linda Lingle the Governor of Hawaii has seen it as well. It is believed that there is more than one record, which would mean an amended Certificate, which , it is speculated, is how Obama got a Natural Born Status in Hawaii, which does NOT equate to the Constitutional Natural Born Status, as Hawaii routinely provided Certifications of live births for Babies born out of the country.

The other is the statement from Fukino or whatever the lady's name is from the Hawaiian government who stated unequivocally that BO is a "natural born citizen." Now, she may be lying, but to have someone from that high up in a state government say something that definitive is certainly an issue.
