Freepers: After sleeping on it, I have decided to call you to action! A great injustice is being perpetrated by our main stream media (MSM) and our Commander In Chief (CINC), President Barrack Hussein Obama.
The time now is 10:04 CST, 02 JUNE 09, exactly 24 hours after Privates William Long, 23 of Conway, AR, and Private Second Class Quinton Ezeagwula, 18, of Jacksonville, AR became the first victims of terrorism on American soil since 11 SEP 01 and we have heard no statement from their Commander in Chief, President Barrack Hussein Obama.
Almost as egregious as Obama’s silence, we have all seen a near media blackout on this first terrorist attack on American soil since Obama took office. The media is trying to downplay three important facts:
1) The terrorist (NOT shooter, NOT attacker, NOT criminal) was an African-American US Citizen from Memphis and Nashville, TN.
2) He was a recent convert to Islam (although this morning Fox News Channel is taking the lead with this), and
3) He is part of the international Islamic Jihad against America, and recently traveled to Yemen on a Somalian passport (again, Fox News/Jihadwatch.org are leading this story)!
It is known now that Carlos Bledsoe converted to Islam recently and became Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad. He is an American citizen whom recently pleaded not-guilty in a Little Rock Court to fifteen (15) counts of terrorism (firing into an occupied structure) and one (1) count of capital murder (killing an agent of the government). He also has been under investigation by the FBI for “passport issues”.
He made statements to Little Rock Police Officers that he didn’t know his victims, intended to kill them, and wanted to kill as many American soldiers as possible because of his hatred of America, and the war on his fellow Muslims. He was found with x1 SKS semi-automatic (7.62mm x39mm) rifle, x1 Ruger 10/22 .(22 cal. LR) semi-automatic rifle, x1 (.380 ACP) semi-automatic handgun, and approximately 200 rounds of ammunition. When arrested, it is rumored that he gave no resistance and said, “Allah Ackbar” (Allah is Great)!
In what Kristinn mentioned yesterday on his thread, (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2262461/posts?q=1&;page=1), this is yet another slap in the faces of brave American soliders. Obama has completely ignored the first terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11 and has made NO STATEMENT, contrary to his rapid and forceful condemnation of the shooting of abortionist baby killer Dr. George Tiller by a gunman. Not only did Obama make a forceful and angry stance on the obvious criminal attack at his church, but Obama directed his Attorney General, Eric Holder, to send United States Marshalls to protect abortion clinics.
It is now EXACTLY 24 hours after Abdulhakim mujahid Muhammad (formerly Carlos Bledsoe) shot and killed PVT Long and wounded PFC Ezeagwul and no statement from the Whitehouse condemning the terrorist attack has come forth. No federal agents are rushing to recruiting centers to protect our soldiers from home-grown, internationally trained Islamic terrorists, and the complicit MSM is trying to downplay the event by not mentioning several facts. If Obama can make a statement on the Tiller shooting in seven (7) hours, why can’t he make a statement regarding murdered troops within 24 hours on the eve to his trip to the Middle East to speak with fellow Muslims?
This is an outrage that is beyond words by the inaction of President Obama and his lapdog media. This is not just some random criminal attack, lone-wolf gunman, or sudden jihad syndrome. This was a terrorist attack by a small minded man, with international terrorist ties and a blood thirsty belief in a perversion of Islam.
This MUST go viral! And in the spirit of other Free Republic.com events such as the Longshoreman strike when our P3 crash landed, when Freepers shouted for Gore to vacate Cheney’s house, when Freepers sent flowers to FL Sec. of State supporting her decision to follow the law, when buckhead and other Freepers discovered the fraud perpetrated by CBS concerning documents, etc………WE have a long history of correcting wrongs that our government and media let slide by. Now is the time to act!
First: ACT LOCALLY! Call and email your local media and ask them “Why hasn’t Obama made a statement for the murdered solider in Arkansas, the first victim of a terrorism act since 9/11 on American soil?
Second: Call your Congress Critter’s office, both local office(s) and at the federal switchboard:(202) 224-3121

Fourth: Call and email any of the MSM (CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, CNBC, CNN) if you see media blackout of the details. For example, this morning I had blood shooting out of my eyes when NBC said, “The gunman charged with killing an Army recruiter is expected to be arraigned on criminal charges in Little Rock today. Police said that he was frustrated with the way the military had treated him”.
Fifth: Make this viral! Contact Drudge, Breitbart, Post Youtube videos, call O’Reilly’s office, call Hannity, call Huckabee, call Glenn Beck, etc…and make sure that they cover this case and the obvious schism between Tiller’s shooting and this one.
Sixth: Organize your local FReeper groups and go to an Army Recruiting station with signs: Keep the KISS principle when making your signs! For example:
“Where’s my CINC?”, “Is a baby killer more important than our soldiers?, “Why a statement for Tiller, and not for PVT LONG?”, “DEFEND RECRUITERS”, “Fight terrorism, arm recruiters from home-grown terrorist”, “This is a no-terrorist zone”, etc. You guys are the experts at making signs, so get at it.
Seventh: Call your recruiter office and thank them for their job.
Eighth: When you see a soldier, TODAY, this WEEK, go up to them, shake their hand, buy them their meal, and THANK THEM!
Ninth: DONATE money to FreeRepublic! The gunman fired fifteen rounds….I would suggest donating $15.00 to FR to keep this going and to help Jim Rob out.
Tenth: Last but not least: Pray! Pray for our troops, or nation, and that Obama and the media will do the right thing!

Here is my contribution to the cause: a letter to the editor of my local rag:
The President and the majority of our “state-run” media have ignored the first successful terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11 and the death of an American soldier but have been quick to denounce and mourn and publicize the death of noted abortionist George Tiller.
Approximately 7 hours after Dr. Tiller was murdered, the President released a statement: “I am shocked and outraged by the murder of Dr. George Tiller as he attended church services this morning. However profound our differences as Americans over difficult issues such as abortion, they cannot be resolved by heinous acts of violence.” Then, he quickly directed his Attorney General to dispatch US Marshals to guard abortion clinics.
As I write this, over 24 hours have passed since the slaying of Army Private William Long at the recruiting station in Little Rock and I have seen no statement released by the President (Private Long’s Commander-in-Chief) on his behalf nor have I heard of any Marshals being dispatched to guard our recruiting stations. I just watched the President introduce his new nominee for Secretary of the Army on National television and neither could spare a few words to mourn the death of this soldier nor denounce the islamic terrorism which precipitated it. As far as interest expressed by the press; I will bet that prior to reading this, most of you did not even know the slain soldier’s name and probably less than 50 % knew the name of his attacker (Abdulhakim Muhammad) or this: A prosecutor said Muhammad admitted shooting Long and another soldier “because of what they had done to Muslims in the past.”
I have been pondering why the President has not publicly acknowledged the death of Private Long and three reasons immediately come to mind:
A) he is preparing to tour the middle east this week where i suspect he will continue to kiss up to the muslim nations and apologize for making them so angry and talking about this incident would detract from his mission.
B) He hasn’t given this soldier’s death a second thought, it just isn’t very important to him.
C) He does not want to acknowledge that a terrorist has conducted a successful attack on our soil within the first five months of his administration after the previous administration was able to prevent those attacks for seven years.
I suspect that the correct answer is all of the above. Whatever his reasons, the contrast between his actions in these two deaths graphically illustrates his priorities.

I am in contact with the American Legion, VFW, Patriot Riders, Secure Arkasnas, and other conservative, grassroots organizations.
We are kicking around the idea of a "show of support" gathering for our troops at the sight of the shooting either WED or THU...possibly this weekend.
All organizations mentioned above are talking to each other and making sure that the "i" s are dotted, and "t"s crossed. We don't want a PROTEST of Obama's innaction, nor the national media's blackout, but to stand with our troops in a show of support. I have contacted LRPD and asked for permits (if necessary) to be on the sidewalk to be sure that we don't step on anyone's toes.
Like you, I am outraged at the "Johnny on the spot condemnation of the assassination of Tiller, but not a word from the CINC (pronounced "sink") during his announcement of the new Army Secretary.
Stay tuned and be prepared to show up to support the troops WITH TASTEFUL SIGNS!:

Ive been talking to several organizations, and they are interested in showing support for our troops. The local American legion, VFW, Patriot Rider, and Secure Arkansas are on board, but want to talk to their "higher ups". While we are hovering, I am in contact with LRPD and getting info on when/where we can peaceably assemble during business hours. The military said they can't actually participate, but would appreciate our showing up.
I'll keep you posted for this Litte Rock FREEP.

Ah, we are in complete agreement. The muslim usurper does not say anything about this because it does not concern him or bother him. He is one of them. I relish the day that his crime of being a usurper is exposed. Whenever that day comes, however long it takes. It will happen. The usurper and I are close in age, God willing, I will live to see the day the usurper is put in prison. And thank you for all the helpful posts you made with so much info about the BC issue and where to write to protest his usurpation. I sent many many tangible snail mails, lots to the SCOTUS. So did half a million others, yet Roberts still swore that foreign POS in.

All your reasons are correct, very well said too. I would venture to guess that reason 3, that The Usurper just doesn’t give a damn, is the main reason he won’t acknowledge the murder of a US Army Private.
The Usurper sure gave a damn about the Tiller, the killer of 60,000 not yet born Americans. However he didn’t care about the 60,000 dead babies. Hmm. Don’t seem right does it? Seems evil.
You know how The Usurper, when he gets off of AF1, quickly passes by the Marine at the bottom of the stairs and gives the Marine no respect whatsoever? He hurries by the Marine like he’s a flight attendant, and does some very poor wave instead of a returned salute to the Marine?
Well, if O won’t acknowledge a live Marine with a salute, easy enough to do, why would he mourn the loss of a slain Army Private, he can’t even mention it. It ain’t even on his radar to care about patriotic Americans. He only cares about guys like Ayers, Wright, Tiller, criminals and bigots.
The media is very silent on this for the most part. I only saw coverage on Fox this morning. I did not hear much talk radio today, but heard nothing about this terrorist act resulting in a dead Army Private. God rest his young soul.

I think if you call this an act of terrorism (which I can certainly accept), you would certainly have to call the DC Area Sniper shootings that were also perpetuated by muslim converts acts of terrorism as well. In fact, those sniper attacks would be arguably more legitimately categorized as "terrorism" since they were carried out against random civilians in an effort to cause fear and panic, whereas this attack was carried out against members of the military. Given that, these brave soldiers are not the first victims of terrorism on US soil since 9/11/01.
Ya know... and I know I'm REALLY pushing the envelope of Free Speech on this one ... why aren't we profiling, racially or otherwise, for terrorists?
When Law Enforcement Officers are looking for suspects, especially when based upon eye witness accounts, one of the first things relayed to them on the scene is a physical description of the suspects.
We SHOULD profile for suspects if we had a series of terrorist attacks by people who consistently looked like this:
