How is this possible? Orly Taitz has a scheduled conference hearing for Jan23, by Justice Roberts...it has disappeared from the docket.

Ah, but her cases are no longer on the docket - bo has struck. All elgibility cases have disappeared. Please call and write to our Supreme Court and demand that they put the elgibility cases back on the docket. Visit scotusblog.feedback@gmail.com too and leave feedback.

Alan Keyes was RECRUITED by the conservative republicans to establish a residency in Chicago to run against Obama. None of that was his own idea. He agreed to do it after much convincing.

The court should decide on the merits. He may run again in 2012 and this mess needs to be cleared up before then.
They have no jurisdiction at this point. Obama IS the President of the United States of America.
This eligibility issue is done. Get over it. The Supreme Court is not going to undo that. Only the voters of this Country will be able to do that and not until 2012.
I will fight in every venue I can. I provided evidence to Keyes for his case.
I will support laws requiring the secretary of state to do her job in Cal and whatever else I can.
The court could have decided on the basis that it is clear no one wants to come forward and claim responsibility to verify eligibility and the responsibility needs to be slearly spelled out.
You have a weird understimation of history and the determination of people to know the truth. If the goal is truth and the truth is not known, then the horse is not dead.
I PM’ed a knowledgeable FR who said this is good news. It means it will move up to the Texas Supreme Court. My guess is probably then SCOTUS.
They should consider adding an amicus brief interpleader like Anderson in AZ in the Berg case with another military reserve or active duty person.
Not true but thanks for playing. SCOTUS is probably thinking very hard about the Anderson amicus brief interpleader which they affirmed. There is a good reason too.
Cute little cartoon but it is not over. Deal with it. Anderson as affirmed and it is a whole different ball game. Suggest you do a little research about Anderson’s amicus to understand what is going on.
In addition, anything he signs will be void.
