Will FR embrace socialism to make way for Rudy Giuliani as a Republican presidential candidate?

We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.
One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to rule over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.
All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.
FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?
Do you really expect me to do that?

This thread is the opposite of a Freepathon thread. It is fueled by Hate, instead of Gratitude. Nope it's fueled by a love of conservatism, and gratitude to FR's founder for keeping things that way.

It’s not hate; it’s freedom and rights of ownership. This is Jim Robinson’s site. He gets to set the rules and define the mission. Everyone is free to set up their own website with their own agenda. To disrupt another’s website is hateful. Rudy does not hold conservative positions on many important issues. We don’t owe him our support, especially when he doesn’t represent our values. We still live in a republic, don’t we?

There doesn’t seem to be any rule here against being a member of an anti-freeper site. That alone will not get you banned, as far as I know. But it is a reflection on you. If you join an anti-freeper site, knowing it’s an anti-freeper site, it makes little difference if you joined because it’s anti-freeper, or because you’re willing to tolerate and participate in it’s anti-freeper nature just to be among your friends who despise everything we stand for. Like I said, that won’t get you banned, but you won’t be very well liked or respected here.

Wow, that's quite a list. I have to say, this was long, long overdue. Some of those folks had been cluttering up FR for years with junk posts.
I'm so glad that JR has finally decided to start cleaning house. I saw the direction FR was drifting with the constant posts supporting liberal Republicans and I was counting the days until I'd have to look for a new internet hangout.
But JR has really come up aces in all this. I'm going to have to try to spare some extra fundage to help support this place--it's well worth it.

Im down for that! We are a force to be reckoned with, as Lazamataz has said.
Thanks, this is one of the most important thing we can do this time around.
Maybe Jim could chime in about the registered entity ala the Swift Boat Vets that can raise funds to put together a national ad campaign to introduce the truth about Rudy to the nation.

In fairness, whats wrong with having a user account on both boards? Ive thought about at least lurking over there, if nothing else because theres some posters there whose writings Ive liked in the past. Its good that were getting back to conservative principles around here, but its possible to take the old burn her! shes a witch! a bit too far. Still, I think some people have gotten an education that the First Amendment doesnt apply to a private board like this. You want to chill in JimRobs living room, you play by JimRobs rules. The whole reason that WA was created is because Mad Ivan got banned or opused for the 39th time, or something like that, and had a temper tantrum. He created a little site and invited all of his liberal friends who had been bothering us here for so long. Many long time liberal FReepers could not resist the siren call of a site where they can be liberals without conservatives beating up on them. Then some of them keep coming back here to continue to promote their liberal candidate and ideas. Many used to be conservatives. But they've thrown that all away for some liberal schmuck from Brooklyn who can't keep his pants zipped. Over the last few days, they've buzzed over here, a couple at a time, and hurled themselves on the bug zapper.
The reason I post a link to their member profile on WA is to demonstrate that, yet again, the person getting zotted or stirring up trouble, possibly begging for a zot, did indeed come from WA. The pattern has been established and it keeps holding true. Almost every FReeper on the zot list has had an account on WA. That's not the reason that they're being banned, nor should it be, but it does show that pattern of behavior.
