RIGHT ABOVE that they have a Breaking News item that says Sadam is still in American custody.

Yes he is and yes he has been for the duration.

The MSM has been endlessly repeating that we are going to "hand him over to the Iraqis" so most of the people that get their news from them have bought into the lie.

The war in Iraq is an Iraqi situation (as well as the trial and execution of Saddam), we are there to help.

I just saw a few minutes ago on MSNBC a news head speculate that Saddam's hanging could cause a surge of violence and then he said: "And believe it or not some may celebrate"!! (verbatim comment but very accurate that's why the quote marks)

Gee, to him it seems unbelievable that millions of newly freed from oppression people would celebrate the execution of a dictator that killed 10's of thousands of them, adult and children indiscriminately.

I am sure this newsreader along with many democrats will be deeply saddened at the demise of one of their heroes.

One of Saddam's lawyers had reported that Saddam had been handed over before daybreak this morning. Way before anyone was reporting that to be the case. Perhaps the lawyer was telling the truth all along even though the Iraqi administration was stating it not to be true.
